I’ve been here for many times, so i experienced many staffs… every single staff was so kind and had good service to the guest. I’m so impressed and i think that it shows the level of this hotel. The view of corner suite is perfect. The very first accomodation in HK was Grand Hyatt for me, so HK has become the best tourist attraction for me. I totally reccommend this hotel! The hotel exceeded our expectations! Our room was upgraded to a bay view and it was absolutely fantastic. The room is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, it was pleasant to return every evening after a long walk through the city. Also nice location, close to MTR. Nice promenade nearby, leading to a fish market and a bus station (alternative way to reach Central). Sampan ride is available in the bay, very lively and exciting. Concierge was very nice and helpful!

I love the Chinese dim sum restaurant on the 1st floor. It was immaculate. Open at 6:00am daily. Dim sum at a discounted price till 11:00am. I enjoyed my 花膠灌湯餃 so much, I have to had one daily. The peanut n pork congee was scrumpdilicious. Servers were excellent, great service. Hotel Bus Shuttle.: So organized. U simply call to book your seat and hop onto the bus. The schedule is super convenient. Minutes to Kwai Fong MRT. Took me 30 minutes to arrive the Causeway Bay MRT station from the Kai Fong MRT station. The booking of shuttle seats is open 24/7. So good!!?! Service at the Front Check In counter: all staff are so courteous and well trained. Hotel Manager Edwin is a CHARM. His service for his hotel residence is rated "10". Understanding, caring and no matter how busy he is in his office, he comes out to the front counter to help me to the best of his knowledge. Edwin's help is immeasurable. I am very much impressed with his service. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the main street where you can buy snacks and bottled water. Super convenient. I stayed for two weeks from Dec. 15, 2023 till around Christmas time. I love Dorsett Tsuen Wan Hotel. I could have stay here for two months..... Thank you, Mr. Edwin Chow. Cleanliness, staff, location. It is convenient commuting from the airport to the hotel. I arrived at night, then took bus no. 46 for arrpox 55 min to the hotel, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, so, you don't have to worry! on the way back, I took bus no. A41 directly to the airport. the hotel is connected with shopping mall, and MTR station, while you need to walk to get there, then, you can travel by train to other locations, so impressive for my first trip to Hong Kong. The hotel has good strategy in communicating with guests on what's going around the area e.g. some of construction noise which may occur during daytime from the park works nearby, which I see this as a very miner impact. At night, it is quiet, and I slept very well.

The hotel is perfectly located opposite the city centre, with magnificent views of Victoria Harbour (be sure to choose a room with harbour view!). The underground train and the ferry terminal are within walking distance. Rooms are very nicely equipped, and service is impeccable. Great indoor swimming pool, sun terrace and hotel gym. The Breakfast buffet as well as the evening buffet (in the same restaurant) are just marvellous. I did also enjoy the airport pick up in one of the hotel's Rolls Royces which was a special treat not to be missed.

Bustling city with plenty of facilities.

Bustling city with plenty of facilities. Botanical garden and zoo were even free of charge. Many public toilets that were relatively clean and for free. The center can get pretty crowded but it's easy to get away as there are many parks and lots of nature surrounding the city. One thing is that most people in the street are looking at their phones while walking so you constantly run into people if you're not careful, this can get annoying. As for food, there are so many options and i think it's very hard to go wrong if you look for local food (didn't try any western food there so can't judge).

It is a very interesting city full of contrasts. You have to be sure to go to all the different places to really get to know it. Be prepared to climb a lot and to use a lot of public transportation, which is very good.
