Positives and there are so many - My room was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The amenities are luxurious - shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells divine. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I could’ve happily slept and lazed around all day. Absolutely nothing to fault with my room. I felt rested and pampered. The hotel is directly connected to outlet shopping. Tip - I had the best dumplings in the restaurant on your left as you exit the hallway from the hotel lift.

We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that. The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch. The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

Rather big rooms for a city like Hong Kong, with great views to Victoria harbour. Comfortable beds, a nice rain shower, coffee and water machine in the room. Terrace on the 40th floor, where you can enjoy the views. Breakfast is not cheap, but very good quality and again great views from there. The entrances N1 and N2 to Tsim Sha Tsui Station are around the corner, so there is a great connection to get to Hong Kong Island. Will stay here again for our next visit.

    I love the Chinese dim sum restaurant on the 1st floor. It was immaculate. Open at 6:00am daily. Dim sum at a discounted price till 11:00am. I enjoyed my 花膠灌湯餃 so much, I have to had one daily. The peanut n pork congee was scrumpdilicious. Servers were excellent, great service. Hotel Bus Shuttle.: So organized. U simply call to book your seat and hop onto the bus. The schedule is super convenient. Minutes to Kwai Fong MRT. Took me 30 minutes to arrive the Causeway Bay MRT station from the Kai Fong MRT station. The booking of shuttle seats is open 24/7. So good!!?! Service at the Front Check In counter: all staff are so courteous and well trained. Hotel Manager Edwin is a CHARM. His service for his hotel residence is rated "10". Understanding, caring and no matter how busy he is in his office, he comes out to the front counter to help me to the best of his knowledge. Edwin's help is immeasurable. I am very much impressed with his service. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the main street where you can buy snacks and bottled water. Super convenient. I stayed for two weeks from Dec. 15, 2023 till around Christmas time. I love Dorsett Tsuen Wan Hotel. I could have stay here for two months..... Thank you, Mr. Edwin Chow.     Our room was located at level 85 so the views over the harbor and the whole neighborhood were breathtaking. The building is quite new and everything is pristine. The room was large, beds were comfy and the washroom was very large and modern. Everything is in the right place and nothing is missing. Great, great overall experience. There are a few shopping malls accessible directly from the hotel. The subway (MTR) can be accessed at Tsuen Wan West station (close by) or at Tsuen Wan station, on the red line (15-20 min walk on a network of covered bridges, without descending at street level).

    Bustling city. Modern yer retaining the tradition and charm That 90's Hongkong in films with Neon lights everywhere is not there anymore. It's a modern fancy city. Octopus card is recommended though CC is also accepted on Airport Express MTR. I am not sure about regular MTRs, buses and trams.

    Vibrant and busy city, with dazzling lights, especially viewing either side across the harbour. Great walking city, with good transport options. Added bonus being able to checkin baggage from Central prior to going to airport. Many attractions to visit, and most people speak English. If adverse to heat and humidity, pick your travel times.

    My stay at the Cordis Hotel in Hong Kong was truly exceptional. The service was excellent, and the staff were always very kind, attentive, and professional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and I loved the subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout the property. In the room, body lotions and other amenities were regularly replenished, which added a thoughtful touch. Overall, I was very satisfied and the hotel exceeded my expectations. I would be delighted to return.
