    From arrival to the point we had to leave the crew of this hotel exceeded my expectations. I know it is a 5 star hotel but this feels like a 10 star hotel. Every little detail is thought about and you can feel that as soon as you walk through the dramatic entrance. Great reception staff especially Lydia who helped me out with everything i asked for. The crew is very fun and they like to joke around but at the same time work hard to exceed expectations. The bellboys are super friendly and sincere when showing interest in the guests. Breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of variety and very fresh. The pool area is very kid friendly with lots of fun activities and slides but also very adult friendly with a good poolbar. Guns and roses and Sonia run a tight ship in the Shack and this was our favorite place to drink during the day! In the evening the Hard rock cafe is obviously one of the best places on the Island with a big centre stage above the bar and an amazing crew. They are very friendly and you can feel everybody loves to work there. Thanks guys you rock!

The service was flawless from the front desk to housekeeping, room service, and even the spa team, everyone was professional yet warm. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, often anticipating our needs before we even asked. Whether it was arranging transport, customizing meals, or simply checking in on how we were enjoying our stay they made us feel like VIPs. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. We’re already planning our return. Highly, highly recommended!

    This very nice hotel has an amazing view ! It is not far from the famous beach Padang padang in Uluwatu. How can't we recommend this hotel ? What a wonderful reception we received from Hepi ! You all treated us with the utmost kindness and patience for our honeymoon. Wawan accomodated the penthouse really well for us. You are such a blessing! We can’t thank you enough for that amazing generosity. Even when we had an issue with the blinking light during the night, Sordana, the engineer, immediately intervened to repair it. So fast. Also, we want to thank Redi & Ivan from the beach, very kind. And we can't miss to thank Suparta for the romantic dinner and obviously Wahjun at Sono Tepanyaki Restaurant. Nanik and Wendy were also a very good support for us during our stay.

    Busy! Lots of restaurants and bars though, shops and massage, beauty places. Narrow pavements like much of Bali. Beach is lovely and wide, quite hard to swim but good for a dip and great for surf lessons.

    Nice and close to Nuanu, which definitely needs more than a day to see. Beautiful beach club and amazing light art installations. Got to hold a bat at Tanah Lot - but don’t get the Gado Gado from the restaurants there.

    Seminyak is a lively place but not as crazy as Kuta or Legian. Good places to eat, have a massage, relax on the beach, go to hair salons (if that is your thing) and shop at upmarket shops or down at the flea market where there was also cooking classes going on. Can't beat a few days in Seminyak. Never stay for too long before heading some place else but always good for a few days, normally last few before we head home.

    Uluwatu is an amazing place!

    Uluwatu is an amazing place! We explored the area by motorbike and taxi, spent our days surfing and relaxing on the beaches, and enjoyed the local restaurants. The people are very friendly, and everything has great quality—it was a truly memorable experience.

    I love Legian, the beach is magic.

    I love Legian, the beach is magic. The western restaurants and cafes and shocking, food is rubbish, over priced, lazy staff. Filthy smokers never consider non smokers and feel it’s ok to smoke while people eat. They ruin this town

    Compared to most other tourist areas in Bali Nusa Dua and Benoa is a much quieter and layback location if that is what you are looking for. There are lots of nice restaurants within short walking distance to most hotels. It's not a great place for children because I'd say they'd get bored quickly, but then that's a bonus for those for us who like a quiet location.

    Jimbaran is very laid back and traffic is not bad by Bali standards. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and spent most of our time there. We did have a family dinner on the beach at sunset and that was a great experience. We also had a fantastic dinner at an Indian restaurant near the beach. I can’t wait to visit jimbaran again with my grandson and learn to surf!

    We found a shop in Kerobokan where all the locals went to buy clothes etc, the prices were set and very reasonable if you didnt want to barter for everything Our villa was at the end of a driveway a fair walk from the shops etc, we couldnt find a salon nearby to have a massage. We were close to a laundry however and their prices were amazingly low and their services was excellent

    I recommend taking the shortcut on foot from the accommodation – turn left onto the main road, then immediately left again down a narrow alley. This will take you straight to the cafés, restaurants, shops, and spas. Be sure to visit Kelly's Warung at Bingin Beach, try a Pilates class at Fondue Studio, and enjoy dinner at Casa Asia.
