The vibe of the place, the staff which was super friendly and made us feel welcome, the food. We stayed in room 5 and we had a garden view, really liked the cottage. Even the room was small, we managed to store our luggage in a corner. I would suggest at least a stander to put some clothes. With Grab you can reach the center in a couple of mins.

I really enjoyed the overall vibe at this hotel! The atmosphere is super chill, with incredibly friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully designed, adding to the relaxing experience. The hotel is set a bit further down the main road, so it's relatively quiet compared to the bustling Canggu area, which was a nice break from the crowds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, friendly stay in the area!

Hard Rock is in a good position across the road from Kuta Beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We upgraded to the Rock Royalty package and all the staff made us feel like ROYALTY, always greeting you by name with a smile. George , who always made a point of talking personally to all guests, - you have wonderful staff and should be really proud of them. Rikaa, Regina, Yellow, Adi, Fani, Doni, Adit, Dessy, Rini, Novi, Lidya( lovely ) and especially Widya who went over and above to help us . Apologies if I’ve missed anyone out. The New Year was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve seen the New Year in many countries. I can’t understand the negative comments from some people about sunbeds and quality of the pool, plenty of beds and the pool and area was continually being cleaned.

Amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. This place means a lot to me, as my boyfriend proposed to me on February 28. It was a beautiful night at the hotel. We had the view of the ocean, and we just wathed the waves. Forever a place I will remember—and come back to visit.

Kuta is very busy, traffic is hectic, but there is plenty to see and do. Shopping is good, with plenty of bargains and hotels are very good. It was easy to get a taxi to travel around and we found the best driver, BAGUS, who took us on a 12 hour day tour of middle Bali (Ubud and surrounds) for only $50 AUD.

I'm not a shopper, as I had been travelling in northern Bali I wanted a few days chillin, lovely clean beach, very very busy at sunset, which were beautiful. I didn't find much else other than the usual, shops with anything and everything fake you could want, tattoo shops, massage shops, lots of different types of food, great coffee shops. I was happy to wander, have a daily walk to the beach, relax around the pool, often I was the only person there.

Canggu is mental but charming at the same time. It was my first time in Bali, and I would definitely go back. Would need a little longer vacation as a few days in each town doesn't really give you enough time to see everything.

Great place.

Great place. Lots of excellent restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. My favourite was Nyang Nyang Beach which is easy to reach. It's a sandy beach with great waves for surfing. Swimming is a bit more tricky as the bottom is rocky and the currents can be a bit challenging. There is a bar for refreshment and the beach is spacious and doesn't feel crowded. Uluwatu attracts lots of surfers and that's a bit the vibe that you get here.

If you want to shop in the markets, get a tattoo, eat in Aussie pub style venues then head to Legian. The traffic is becoming busier by the day and you should consider this if you need to travel to other attractions away from your accommodation.

this was my first trip to Bali, and it is not really my sort of holiday - I prefer to move around more rather than stay in the one place. If a 'fly and flop' holiday is your thing - this is a good place to do it

Not quite sure if i would go back to Jimbaran. Beach, as with lots in Bali, not well looked after. The quieter end of Bali. Made Bague restaurant the best of the seafood restaurants in my opinion.

We found a shop in Kerobokan where all the locals went to buy clothes etc, the prices were set and very reasonable if you didnt want to barter for everything Our villa was at the end of a driveway a fair walk from the shops etc, we couldnt find a salon nearby to have a massage. We were close to a laundry however and their prices were amazingly low and their services was excellent

We were in a good location from everything we wanted to do🤔🤔 We ate at many restaurants in the area. I got to watch the AFL and NRL games at Rama Garden bar and Restaurant. The seafood there was very good and freshly cooked.

The beaches are filthy. The water is a cesspool of waste. I appreciate the little island might not have the funds or resources to repair damage. However, with so many options for travellers Bali especially Kuta and Legian are definitely not beach holidays. The government needs to inject money because it’s the people that are suffering from the lack of tourism.
