absolutely loved everything about our stay here. first of all, the staff here are incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. they went above and beyond to check on us throughout our stay and make sure we were comfortable - and they all knew our names from the moment we checked in until the moment we left, which was a really nice personal touch. the pool here is so relaxing and so nice to enjoy on the hot days. the food at the restaurant is perfect for when you feel like having a lazy day of lounging. and the rooms themselves are really well looked after with comfortable beds, reliable AC & wifi, and a really nice decor/style. would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Gili air!

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel, nestled in a serene location that provided a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle, yet remained conveniently close to the city center. The complimentary bicycles offered by the hotel were a delightful addition, allowing for leisurely exploration of the area. While the hotel's proximity to the port was a bit of a walk, approximately 25 minutes on foot, the tranquility of the surroundings more than made up for it. The highlight of my mornings was the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The restaurant at the hotel was equally impressive, serving delectable cuisine. But what truly sets this place apart is the cool beachfront spot where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. This place on Gili Air is really outstanding. First I was worried because there were so less reviews and so well. We extended over and over again so in the end we staid there for almost three weeks. The rooms in the first floor had perfect Wifi (to work remote) and were less crowded with Mosquitos (compared to other hotels with bungalows). The staff and the hotel owners are just amazing. The breakfast especially the pancakes were SO good. You could also rent the bikes there at the place. They were so helpful in everything, even in organizing my boyfriends birthday. The room was nice and they improved it a lot while our stay, as they opened just two weeks before. You can walk in 5 min to the beach - and the more quiet area. The outdoor bed is also pretty chill. It was a very great stay and we would always come back again. The value for money is insane good.

The Pool in front of the Bungalows was amazing, clean and always nice to cool down. The Floating breakfast, which came through it, was simply delicious. The Staff fulfilled every wish we had. The romantic dinner the staff helped to organize and the big surprise dinner with fireworks, bottle shows and fire performance was simply amazing, and the surprise hit 100%. It was our Honeymoon timeout which we toke in that place, and we will for sure do it again. You can either walk 5 Minutes from the Harbor, or organize a private speedboat which brings you to the front of the hotel. The staff came to transport our backpacks so we always could enjoy all seconds of the stay. I highly recommend this place for couples or lonely travelers to make the beautiful experience from the Lagoon Resort and the Gili Air Islands.

Wow, what can we say. If we could rate Pondok any higher we would! We have travelled the world and this could quite possibly be our favourite hotel experience. everything from the wonderful staff who can’t do enough for you, to the clean, spacious villas (garden villas are perfectly nestled in the back end of the complex making it so private), to the amazing amazing amazing breakfast and restaurant. We have returned back to Pondok for lunch and dinner, even after we have left, we loved it that much. The pool area is brilliant, relaxing and so close to the beach or your villa. if we could we would rate it 12/10. this is not only great hotel it is true experience. the service is outstanding. location is stunning and in the best part of the island! you are on the beach 3min walk to 2 zones where you will find great restaurants and some nice parties but you are still in chill zone. during the day they serve great snacks, drinks etc. so many cute details. the pool is breathtaking and ilumination makes it even better! Beautiful hotel! We loved the architecture and decor. The location right in front of the sea is fantastic and the pool and garden was very well maintained. Food and staff is excellent. Breakfast was included in our rate but we often ended up also having lunch or dinner in the restaurant because the food was great and good value for money.

We loved our stay at Tapada! Near the beach, restaurants,… We did everything by walk ! Breakfast was good. The owner gave us tips for restaurants (Zzz Warung the best for us!). We received towels for the beach, free water (you can refill). We could also use the fridge to have cold water in the morning! We recommend it!

I love the pool, friendly staff, nice and quiet, but not too...

I love the pool, friendly staff, nice and quiet, but not too far away from the beach and all you need. I loved that they do not have plastic water bottles at all. Fresh refills in glass bottles when you need water. I recommend hiring a bicycle they supply for IDR 50,000 a day.

The Gili Islands are beautiful, if you can look past the masses of European tourists who have overwhelmed it and who seem determined to create a French Riviera experience in Indonesia. Unfortunately, the locals - seeing where the money is - seem content to allow their island to be overrun. If you want to get gratin dauphinois or eat in a Greek cafe called Santorini in Indonesia whilst competing with the rest of the EU for a square of beach or to see a poor beleaguered turtle, then Gili islands is for you. If you're looking for an authentic Indonesian beach experience, go elsewhere.

We had a fantastic stay at Gili Meno Mojo Beach Resort.

We had a fantastic stay at Gili Meno Mojo Beach Resort. Our room (Deluxe Beach Front) was well equipped with tea/coffee making facility, drinking water and very efficient air con and a TV. The bed was super comfy and we both had the best nights sleep we’ve had in ages. We could step out of our room onto the beach and the snorkelling (straight off the beach) was amazing, with the greatest diversity of fish species that we’ve ever seen. We could sit in the restaurant area watching turtles poke their heads up through the water whilst enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea. Chriest was so helpful, making sure everything was OK, giving us lots of information about Indonesian life and sorting out our onward travel. Jo and Linjang were also super friendly with always time for a chat. The chef cooked delicious meals……I particularly enjoyed the grilled mahi mahi fish and my husband loved the red fish curry and the breakfasts were lovely but there were other restaurants close by if you chose to eat somewhere else. Altogether a fabulous stay. Thank you Meno Mojo.

Small island but has everything, the local are very friendly, so many bar and nice restaurants, few places for party as well and of course crystal clear water and white sand beaches are perfect for relax but live music after sunset is my favorite in Gili Trawangan! I just wished that the club would open later than 1am but i guess that’s the local regulations so i get that.

Gili Air is such a special island.

Gili Air is such a special island. Small, peaceful, and full of good vibes. You can walk everywhere, enjoy sunsets by the beach, and feel like time slows down. One of the highlights for us is Sunny Rose Bungalows and Restaurant. The food there is honestly amazing — fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented. The staff is super friendly and always smiling, which makes you feel at home right away. Whether you go for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it’s always a good experience. If you’re coming to Gili Air and want a mix of peace, good food, and friendly people, Sunny Rose is the place to be 🌸

The beach was absolutely beautiful—the water, the wildlife..

The beach was absolutely beautiful—the water, the wildlife... I even swam with turtles! The island is peaceful and a perfect place to relax and escape from daily stress. An amazing destination, free from parties and ideal for a detox from the everyday routine. Highly recommended.

Staying in Gili T for 2 days was the best decision of our...

Staying in Gili T for 2 days was the best decision of our Bali trip! The whole vibe of the island is so cozy and calm. There are no cars, you can bicycle around the island or get a scooter. The beaches are beautiful and sunsets on the west side are breathtaking. You can order a drink and relax on beanbags on the beach while watching the most breathtaking sunsets!

A place that can be as relaxing or as busy as you want.

A place that can be as relaxing or as busy as you want. Bikes to get around the island, snorkeling everyday, swimming, meditation or visit other islands. Huge variety of restaurants that were amazing totally recommend. The Chill Out totally recommend for value and food.

The Gili Islands are truly a beautiful place, with crystal-clear waters. Especially Gili Meno, where you can escape the crowds of tourists and the noise of nightlife. But be careful — unfortunately, one of the biggest issues on the island is the litter left behind by tourists, which takes away some of the charm of these amazing islands. There are no cars here; people get around using electric scooters or small horse-drawn carriages. If you're looking for fun, head to Gili Air or Gili T. But if you want peace and quiet and to enjoy the sea, Gili Meno is the perfect choice.
