It is one of the best places I've ever stayed. The owners, staff, and guests gather together for dinner and all sit around chatting and sharing stories into the evening. Nothing is too much trouble for Dave and Janet and they really look after their guests.Cannot recommend Lualemba bungalows highly enough.

we had a wonderful stay at Narrow. this place got everything under one roof. amazing food, ice cream, nice rooms and wonderful staff. also the location is perfect and the owners are really nice and helpful. they are always open for suggestions. if we come back to Rote we will stay again for sure. we appreciated the friendly team and the amazing meals they served every day. we liked having the 2 scooters (with surfboard-rack) for us every day. this was the best way to go explore the surroundings, do different activities and check the surfspots arround. the Bo'a Vida team helped organizing and planing all our trips. ATMs are not allways in reach but the Bo'a team helped us out in need – big thanks for being so uncomplicated : )

Wow what an amazing place to stay. I was very lucky being the only guest here and having the whole place to myself. This is the perfect place to stay if you just wanna get away from everything and be close to the beach (1 minute walk) the facility has an open kitchen where you can cook your own little meals.The host Lea is so sweet and checked in with me to make sure I was all okay. She also took me to her favourite beach spot which was a lovely little afternoon trip. She has decorated the whole homestay with shells that she picks up from the beach herself. Very calm and quiet but just what I needed. The sunset was so beautiful and the water was clear blue. Highly highly recommend! And I hope to see Lea again one day!

The perfect place for budget-conscious surfers! We planned to stay for two nights and ended up staying three weeks! Olens organised everything from ferry transfers, to scooter hire, to as many boat trips to the surf we needed. Nonchi’s food was unreal; a light breakfast, lots of vegetables, protein and variety at lunch and dinner.
