Everything. Because of Storm Bert delaying the Ferry from Holyhead we were late, arriving at 9.35pm. The staff provided a meal for us even though the restaurant stopped serving customers at 9.00pm. We could not find fault with any aspect of the hotel. Facilities were great as were the staff. We were at the hotel for three nights and do not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anybody and will stay here on our next trip to Ireland !

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. The dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

The staff exceeded my expectations, always a smile, allowed us to stay in the dining room after closing as we met family. They served us in the living rooms/parlors. Food and bar service was excellent. reception assisted us with cab service and alerted us when the cabs arrived. We were delighted to learn our room was ready upon our arrival at 2 pm, especially since we had a family reunion to attend 30 miles away. The shower / tub had safety/ grip bars. towels were plentiful. Excellent hotel.

The host Anne was just so welcoming and warm person it was a pleasure checking in, she made sure to explain everything - Room and the bathroom were clean well lit and modern it was close by to the taxi stand and bus station of you are using public transportation thru Ireland, I would highly recommend

The property was spacious, well equipped, and immaculately clean. The beds were so comfortable. Janine was available at all times in case we needed anything, and she popped in each day to make up the wood burner. The views around the property are stunning, even on rainy days.

The property is situated in a peaceful and private gated housing estate, just a short drive from Tullow and Carlow Town. It is very clean and tidy, and Oliver was easy to work with throughout the process. Checking in and checking out was seamless and hassle-free.
