So close to the bus at Albert’s Quay. Such friendly helpful staff. Detailed instructions on how to enter the building if arriving after reception hours.

Everyone here were extremely warm and effusive. My room was nice, clean and very cozy. Not to forgot we usually eat at night and we didn't find anything open after 6pm, we had to use delivery apps to have some food and before we leave to our room the young lad at the bar gave us some dishes, forks and a good restaurant-like service (don't forget to drink some pints and tip them).

It was just a lovely looking hotel covered in ivy. Very picturesque. The room was huge! Very quiet and close to shops nearby. Staff were very friendly and the room and bathroom was spotless. Comfortable bed.Free parking.

The on-site facilities for children, especially the farm and farm staff, the pool (max depth 1.6m), the kids welcome package, and the playground, meant it was a fantastic experience for our children (aged 5 and 8). The spa bench and the outdoor hot tub were lovely for the adults.

The interior of the hotel was gorgeous. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and pretty inexpensive if you have the front desk add it on to your room.

Great breakfast with nice staff (also at the reception), there was a hot vegan breakfast option! The room was spacious and clean, with a large bed.
