Loved the whole experience during our stay at JW Marriott. From the moment we arrived, the welcome from the wonderful hotel staff, our room was made up for early check in, beautifully presented knowing it was our honeymoon with some delicious sweet treats on arrival to welcome us, everything was faultless! The hotel room, facilities, infinity pool, spa, food and drinks offering are all 10/10. Breakfast spread was unreal and the level of service was like nothing we have ever experienced before.

We enjoyed a very peaceful stay in this beautiful place, located only 10 minutes of walking behind the Hilltop. The food offered here is incredibly delicious, the staff is very sympathetic and made our stay even better. The room had a very comfortable bed and spacious bath- and living rooms. The hotel itself has a beautiful and big garden area, with hammocks, reading corners and even a sports area, where you can play some badminton or volleyball. We were a bit afraid, that it might be loud due to many parties in the surrounding area, but it was super quiet at night, so we could always have a peaceful sleep. Overall we can fully recommend booking this place! :-)

Staff were exceptionally kind and charming. Seenal and Villroy in the restaurant were particularly nice, but everyone who looked after was lovely - I'm just sorry I didn't make a note of their names. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food was great. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The outside territory is well-groomed. - The room was good - it had private balcony and all necessary facilities, daily cleaning - Good breakfast (eggs, tosts, butter, jam, coffee/tea) - The staff and the host were very nice and supportive, they helped to solve many problems, even nontypical ones. I had a truly wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location was perfect as well, just a short and pleasant walk from the beach, which made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. One of the highlights for me was the food — it was absolutely exceptional. Every meal was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and full of flavor. The cleanliness of the property was also impressive; everything was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The property itself was beautiful — tastefully designed, serene, and inviting. It had such a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. Not just calangute...entire north goa is a hype in the...

Not just calangute...entire north goa is a hype in the social media. Terrible traffic and congested roads...you will waste most of your time travelling. Even 2km distance takes 30 o 40 mins . Very noisy beaches with filthy food and drinks overcharged and simply looting the tourists. Always check the price of the food and drinks in case you decide to eat something from the beach restaurants. Conclusion - south goa is the best and agoda fort/beach truly picturesque. Stay in south and just visit 1 or 2 beaches in the north preferably in the early hours (6 to 7am) and come back.

Traffic is a nightmare.

Traffic is a nightmare. Trying to cross the Main Road pretty much anytime of the day is an experience. First i've visited in many years but never remembered it being that bad. Good food everywhere though

As I said earlier, one of best location in north goa, very calm. But not very good room service and very less options for vegetarian.. Best place for sea food lovers- fat fish restaurant Baga beach is nearby Water sports are also nearby Tito lane - jaan of North goa is also just walking

It is not easy to get around Anjuna, everything is very spread out and at night the wild dogs are quite agressive which I struggled with. I enjoy walking, but here you need to have a car / scooter or take lots of taxis. The market was good, we ate in nice restaurants like The Tanjore Tiffin (a bit more up market and we loved it), MS Slow Tide and Pirates Cafe on the beach. We also had a night out in Juna nightclub - good fun with great cocktails. Overall I didn't like Anjuna much, we were there in the low season and we struggled with getting around and all the dogs. It really depends what you're looking for, but for me Candolim was a better location and we left Anjuna early to return there.

Panaji is the center location of GOA

Panaji is the center location of GOA You can head North for busy beaches You can head towards the South for a Quiet & relaxing feel, but with beautiful beaches. You can travel to Old Goa for Churches and temples. You get a Market for everything: Kaju, Alcohol, Fashion and SPA Casinos on the river, Dining Cruises

Beach not crowded.

Beach not crowded. Good selection of beach shacks for food and drink. Well priced. Beach very safe for swimming. Life guards alwaya on duty. No problems getting lounge and umbrella. No cost, but you end buying drinks and food at very reasonable prices. At day at beach motivates you to come back for dinner. Brach shacks have good menu and drink selection. Mandrem not over run with beach vendors. Great peaceful beach with friendly beach shack staff.

Good locality.

Good locality. Not very close to busy side of Calangute and Baga. Not very far which is secluded. It is apt location as within 10 mins you can be on beach and busy place and can come back in quiet location for peaceful vacation. Also, for basic needs you have few stores nearby so you can manage easily with some restaurants nearby.
