- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 831 reviewsThis is the most beautiful B&B I have ever seen! We had Duomo room, beautiful view, even though it is in the middle of the Duomo centre, the windows are very well sealed you can't hear outside! Room was big and clean, cleaning is daily, bed is big enough for 2 adults and 1 child ( ours is 1 year old), staff is very nice and friendly, coffee is delicious and you have complementary one bottle of water at your arrival. Also it is very close to Santa Maria Novella train station( 5'to 10' walk)Guest review byNicoleta CristinaRomania

Florence has changed over the years.
Florence has changed over the years. The amount of leather vendors has more than tripled over the last decade. What used to feel unique and allowed for a better experience, now feels like walking down the city center in Playa Del Carmen. Peppered with the same vendors, sometimes RIGHT next to one another. The museums and other sites is what makes Florence 1000% times worth it to visit. In the 4 nights/5 days we were there - that wasn't nearly enough to experience and see what we wanted/needed to. I would love to go back again and spend another 5 days there before moving to the coast like we did this last time.Guest review byMorganUnited States - 8.0

The utensils and cutlery provided were sparkling new. kids loved the ambiance. however, the parking spaces were very poorly organized. very tight spaces between each parking and there was no one to attend to the parking as well. if we needed to raise a concern we would have to walk all the way to the reception (quite a distance) to inform for eg. if someone had parked in your spot. (i did see this happen to another family). a telephone line where we could reach the reception in each bungalow/chalet/tent would have made a differenceGuest review byDeorn Dsouza - 10.0
Amazing property - exceeds expectations in every way.
Amazing property - exceeds expectations in every way. The staff, the scenery, the luxe and comfy room decor, the lovely upgrade, and all the wonderful wine and food on property and in nearby Montefioralle and Greve. SO worth the trip. I wish we were here in the warmer months to make use of that beautiful pool with the to-die-for view!!!Guest review byAlisonUnited States - 8.0
Very comfortable accomodation for 5 persons .
Very comfortable accomodation for 5 persons . Recommended for anyone who want to visit all the historical cities in Tuscany . The appartment owner is very communicative and reactive in case of any issues in the appartment . The only negative point is not directly linked to the appartment - too much mosquitoes outside in the location .Guest review byMartinCzech Republic - 6.0

San Casciano is remote in the beautiful Tuscan Hills, although just 40 minutes slow drive to Florence The hotel is 7 minutes outside the town, so walking is difficult. Need a car to go anywhere. Taxis are not available. This hotel is pretty good, but the much-acclaimed restaurant is, at best, just above average and pricey. Claims to be "special" but isn't! Terrace dining is romantic but watch the wasps in the daytime and mosquitos in the evening. Swmming pool fairly small and crowded. Grounds are pristine and lots of lovely bougainvillea. Reception staff smile a lot. Huge carpark!Guest review byLaurenceUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A beautiful resort. We were not disappointed.
A beautiful resort. We were not disappointed. Hills and slopes to climb but they do pick up and drop off in the golf cart if needed. Breakfast was worth paying extra as it is quite rural there. Plenty of selection for foods etc. evening meal was wonderful. Food was very flavourful and presented beautifully. Shopping outlet very close to the resort.Guest review byJamesBelgium - 10.0

Beautiful little town in the Tuscan hills ... beautiful, quiet and peaceful - yet not to far away from places like Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano or Volterra. Some very goods restaurants either in town or a couple of minutes away.Guest review byAndreasGermany - 10.0

Fiesole has many sites to explore with its fantastic amphitheatre, monastery and cathedral. It has some excellent restaurants and local shops. We loved the Snooty Fox with its delicious authentic Italian food, Terrazza with its roof terrace with amazing views over Florence, Pizzeria Buca delle Fate, Ristorante BISTROT AL 5. Anyone who likes hiking in between city visits, will find some beautiful nature walks.Guest review byHenrikeUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Florence swept me off my feet from the moment we arrived.
Florence swept me off my feet from the moment we arrived. There’s something magical about simply wandering its streets—every corner seemed to open up into a piazza, a hidden café, or a glimpse of Renaissance architecture that felt straight out of a painting. The food was unforgettable. From rich pastas to simple panini enjoyed on the go, every meal felt like a little celebration. Even the gelato stops became part of our daily rhythm, and somehow each one tasted better than the last. Shopping was another highlight—whether it was browsing leather goods at the markets or window-shopping along the designer-lined streets, Florence offered a perfect mix of treasures and temptations. And then, of course, the architecture. Standing before the Duomo, walking across Ponte Vecchio at sunset, or just admiring the details carved into centuries-old buildings made me feel like the whole city was an open-air museum. What I loved most, though, was that balance between the grand and the everyday—one moment you’re staring up at Brunelleschi’s dome, the next you’re sitting at a little trattoria with a glass of Chianti, watching the world go by. Florence wasn’t just a trip; it was an experience that left me with memories I’ll hold onto forever.Guest review byReginaUnited States - 10.0
