The hotel's location, the staff's attitude, and their helpfulness were all excellent. Everything was even better than we imagined. The cleanliness of the rooms, the prompt fulfillment of our requests, the recommendations for places to visit in Rome, and they even organized a free tour on the day we visited—but we couldn't join because we had already made other plans. Overall, it was an experience that surpassed our expectations.

Spotless clean, big and spacious rooms, very good water pressure and always hot (in contrast to what other guests had experienced based on their reviews). Breakfast had everything we needed, with delicious coffee, bread, pastries and fruit. The (majority) of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location, only a few minutes walk from the Termini (on one side) and the Colosseum (on the other).

We stayed at the hotel for a week, and everything exceeded our expectations. We chose a triple room, and it was spacious and airy. The hotel’s location was central, about a 15–20 minute walk to major attractions. Since we travel outside the city quite often, being just 10 minutes away from the main train station made things much easier for us. We were very pleased with the hotel staff as well. We would especially like to thank Joshua and Walter for taking great care of us during breakfast time. They were incredibly caring, respectful and friendly people. They both were very interested in our needs.

The best advice for visiting Rome, be prepared!!

The best advice for visiting Rome, be prepared!! Especially if you are traveling independently. Make lodging arrangements in areas that offer near by public transportation options, (car rental is available, but I do not recommend driving, the traffic and drivers are INSANE). Do your research, decide on sites that truly interest you, because unless you have an extended amount of time, it's impossible to visit all the amazing sights in Rome in only a few days. Purchase tour tickets in advance because they do sell out. There is a tremendous amount of walking and standing and in many areas the terrain is uneven, many, many steps (stairs), insane traffic/drivers to avoid and of course the crowds, so touring lightly is highly recommended. Rome is a beautiful, inspiring and overwhelming place. Make your visit your own, by doing the research, deciding what sights you absolutely do not want to miss (in case you don't foresee an opportunity to ever go back), make travel and lodging arrangements as far in advance as possible, know your options and have a backup plan (just in case) and prepare yourself physically and mentally (know your limits). But most importantly, enjoy yourself, Rome is a phenomenal place to see!!!!

We loved the town - some great restaurants and some some good wine at reasonable prices. Watch out for the Rome taxi rip-offs and their basic 55 Euro charge for any distance. Be sure to take a Fiumicino taxi.

This is a must see for Italy lovers, in my opinion.

This is a must see for Italy lovers, in my opinion. The history and art is extremely interesting and the ancient city is one you can get lost in, wandering down narrow charming streets, stumbling upon a palazzo from medieval times, or coming upon a breathtaking view. Viterbo is not a curated experience, such as Montalcino or Montepulciano. It is a bit gritty and caters to its community, not tourists. Its Etruscan and medieval era history and art is exceptional if limited. A great stopping off point if heading north from Rome. There are hot springs in the area which we didn't have time to experience.

We were there for 2 days before the cruise. The restaurants along the beach seem to be tourist traps. The Sealovers House is where we stayed, was disappointing. No hot water and a broken elevator on the 3rd floor. The MyLord restaurant was a fail. My pasta was so salty I couldn't eat it. The waiter didn't care. I feel like the area is taking advantage of a good thing they have at the port, for consumers. On a good note, the waterfront is beautiful. Convenient for a cruise out of Rome. Good Luck!

Frascati is a small, pleasant town with a good range of bars...

Frascati is a small, pleasant town with a good range of bars, restaurants, cafes and gelateria. A taxi from Ciampino airport takes 20-30 minutes and costs €50-60. It is a particularly good place to stay if you want to be near Rome but not actually staying in the city. Eating out is much cheaper and the town is relatively quiet and relaxed. As a bonus, the transport links are excellent. Rome is just 30 minutes or so by train from a small station right in the centre, with trains every hour on weekdays and every two hours on Sundays. And nearby places of interest such as Castel Gandolfo, Ariccia and Velletri, are accessible by regular buses from the main square (Piazza Marconi).

We stayed in Fiuggi as our daughter was staying in the same area for her college football tournament. We ate at a few nice restaurants - bistro and GoGo. Would recommend visiting here for an evening meal. There is a bar across from the hotel - lots of different beers to try. Lots of bars and shops in close proximity to each other. Accessible by foot. Supermarket well stocked with lots of basic essentials.

The hotel was convenient for what we needed, an overnight stay close to the highway on our way into Rome. The staff was great, the facilities were clean, but definitely below par. Wallpaper peeling not to appealing, but again, clean, and if you're just looking for an inexpensive transit hotel, it was ok.

We stayed in Pomezia because of the short distance to Rome and FCO airport. There are also a lot of good affordable restaurants in Pomezia. Also, my son and I enjoyed the go-kart racing at the Parco 51 shopping center. There is also an outlet mall and theme park close by that we enjoyed.
