Friendly staff above all. Restaurant was nice. Bar area really good with snacks to buy Wine was good and much better value than UK Rooms were very clean with good shower. We could not have asked for anything more really. We did not have car and staff helped with transportation - local knowledge.

Comfortable villa with beautiful grounds. We had an unforgettable time. Very nice, attentive and responsive owners. Delicious full breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Everything is clean and thought out to the smallest detail. There are heated swimming pools with hydromassage and relaxation areas on site. Everything is done with soul and attention. I recommend! We will definitely come back again.

Not too far from Florence, this lovely place sits on top of the hill overlooking the Tuscan Hills. We were greeted by the Owners on arrival and they graciously gave us a run down on the history of the property. And what a history there is!! Our room was lovely. Clean, comfy and had everything you need. The staff were brilliant and breakfast overlooking the countryside is a memory I’ll savior. You can’t help but relax at a place like this.

The best place in Florence! The location is perfect way to see the real Italian world. It is very clean and the sound of the birds 🐦 it is still in our mind. About the staff and the owner - Maria - so kind, so helpful. Definitely you have to visit that place to understand. We were planning to stay one night, but because all this positive vibes - we change our plans and stay one more night. Thank you so much! I will remember you with my 36th Birthday 🎂 and definitely will try to come back in the summer ☀️

Amazing setting, in the middle of nature, just outside a hilltop village. The pool was amazing, the room fabulous with vintage pieces of furniture, the building itself dates from the 1500's, a huge space surround the premises. They have a little cozy restaurant which serves amazing food, part of it produced by the hotel (the company) itself. We stayed there for 5 nights, it was crazy how time passed. Definitely in need of a car if you stay there (17km away from the centre of Florence) because the route comprises multiple hills, no public transportation available. All in all, a fantastic place. Will definitely return.
