Had the most delightful stay in hidden gem right in the heart of Italy’s “Tuscany of the North”, the staff were so friendly, food delicious, room well equipped and clean and hotel facilities including the pool were perfect, but on top of everything it’s just such a relaxing and tranquil place to spend the weekend, fully recommend to anyone who wants to escape Milan for a few days

Everything was just perfect! The place is surreal with its small alleys, beautiful Italian houses and wonderful ambience. Paola and her team do wonders, the breakfast brought to your door was delicious! Freshly baked cakes, bread, fresh eggs, fruit, yoghurt and bio juices! The nearby restaurants serve delicious food. And the pool.. oh my God! The view from the pool is just to die for! I truly recommend this home away from home! A true Gem! Thank you Paola ❤️

The Albergo is a small, quiet family run residence, more of a restaurant with rooms. My evening meal was excellent - typically Italian. The breakfast was simple, comprising of pastries and fruit with coffee, but enough to satisfy.

Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience. both the modern facilities and the staff were fantastic. The place was renovated with respect to the architecture of the old monastery and you could feel all this energy. The best part of the stay was our meeting with Bardo - the owner's son - with whom we experienced the guided tour of the city's baths and sights. I highly recommend the hotel!

After that exceptional stay it's hard to summarize what we liked or enjoyed most. Of course the boheme-Italian style of the hotel is great, and seeing the castle on the mountain greeting you as you wake up is also great. But by far the most impressive and memorable thing of our stay was the warmth, kindness and soul of the host. And before we forget, the lunch was also absolutey amazing. 10/10 highly recommend!
