The room was gorgeous, we loved the sauna and the towels folded in the shape of a Swan was a lovely touch. We had dinner in the hotel which was delicious, but the best part was the breakfast with a machine that freshly pressed orange juice and other fruit and vegetable smoothies freshly made. The buffet was very rich with sweet and savoury items, we loved it!

The hotel is new, clean and tidy. It's a great concept with home-grown vegetables from the garden. The position of the hotel in a wonderful place. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. In general, a very soothing atmosphere for rest. I definitely recommend it for vacation. The water in the pool is wonderful and warm and the view is amazing.

I usually prefer to stay at Airbnb than hotel, but this place changed my mind on what a good hotel can be. First of all hotel is run by women from one family so you get a feeling that you are very welcomed there, and whatever you ask they will try their best to do it. For example, owner went out of her way when one of the nights we could not get a taxi so she came for us instead of taxi and drove us back even though it was really late. And on the Friday night. Even took our friends to their place which was not on the way. It was very nice of them to do, must not have been easy. Second example, when we checked very late in the evening they gave us a quick dinner even though all of the places were closed. We expected a sandwich but got 3 meal course with wine, lovely surprise. The food was great too, during our stay saw plenty of people that were not staying in the hotel come for just the food and cozy atmosphere. You can fully have a nice evening after skiing and use a sauna, have a dinner maybe some drinks after and just relax. Many of guests do. Also the place is impeccably clean, not a single cobweb in sight. Rooms are spacious and there is a small river running by with the view of mountains from the window. Had great mornings and rest in there. It's on a quieter part of skiing town but I did not miss it, we had the best time. Hopefully we can come back soon. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Lovely hotel in a quiet part of the region. Deluxe room is spacious, plenty of sockets, a little seating area and loads of cupboard space. Seperate bathroom and separate toilet and a good breakfast. Prosecco in the room as I ordered and some fresh fruit. Lovely! Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces and a nice bar area for cosy evenings. Wellness spa is brilliant; indoor swimming pool, showers, changing rooms, massage area, 6 saunas (in two of these kids are also allowed), warm feet bath, three relaxing areas (one heated), a large outdoor area and a bathrobe/swimming cap/slipper service (€15 a package). Other than that: I would definitely recommend! Pretty old room, but spacious, clean and comfortable. Shower is nice, view is great and it's really nice that the toilet is seperate from the bathroom. Safe in the room. Half an hour drive from Lago di Braies and some really cute villages in the area. Wheelchair friendly and a 10-minute walk from the village centre. Other than that you really have to use a car to get around.

great SPA, two sauna ceremony every day, great equipment for kids as well as for adults only, amazing food, plenty options on breakfast, dinner was excellent, we have enjoyed a lot, very good position for hiking as well as for skiing, just 5 mins by car from cabin lifts on Jochberg or Gitschberg, you can use also ski bus directly from hotel, Malga Fane nice walk for families + hotel's own Masl hut with brunch, very nice daily program organized by hotel, we definitely return in future :)

This whole hotel surpassed my expectations. The food was incredible with a massive array for both breakfast and dinner. A small lunch was included which was a bonus. The staff including the waitresses at dinner were very friendly. The wellness facilities were brilliant with a massive selection to use and lots of beds - we took part in the free Finnish sauna experience which I would recommend. Overall great hotel, lovely room and excellent food. Would recommend.

Super hotel. First time staying here. The spa is amazing and spread across two floors. Great modern gym. The food at breakfast, lunch and evening was beautiful. Fantastic location too. Plus great you get the tourist card to go up the cable cars for free. Hotel is super modern as well which usually I'm not a fan of in the small mountain villages, but this got it spot on.

It was a great experience. The staff is great and very helping and welcoming. It has a great outdoor pool with a fantastic view and a great relaxing area and sauna included. The room was big and clean. The bathroom is great and warm. We had booked the half board option with a various options of morning choises and a good dinner.

We returned for a second stay and were so glad we did. The room and dining table were beautifully decorated for our wedding anniversary – a lovely touch. The spa area, saunas, and pool were excellent. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious.

We are so amazed. Everything was perfect, the pool, play room, our beautiful wooden house. Our kids (1 year, 3 years and 5 years) were so happy, they enjoyed. Baby lift is 30m from hotel and that was great. Our waiter Krešo from Slavonija was great! :)

The host was really super kind. She managed to prepare a packed breakfast for me as I was leaving too early in the morning to the Dolomites. Super grateful for that. The place is also located very close to the mountains which is an advantage.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination.

Kronplatz is everyone's favorite skiing destination. Many slopes of varying difficulty. Something for everyone. All are very well groomed every single night. Lifts are refreshed / replaced by newer at extreme rates. Parking at the bottom station of the gondola is the best that you will ever experience and the price is quite affordable.

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town.

Dobbiaco is a really beautiful town. There is a train station for trips to other nearby towns or into Austria. The bus service is excellent. You can go for hikes up the Dolomites and reach the famous three peaks. So much to do. The drinking water is amazing.

Easy to get around by car, i have noticed there are buses too Be mindful, most shops open for 2 sessions mostly around 9-1pm and 3-7pm But cafes and restaurant usually opens all day Arrive early at the mountains for easy parking, be sure to make reservation at least one day in advance if going to visit the three zinnen Make sure keep a few euros at hand if need to use public toilet, otherwise, can use toilet in cafe if you make a purchase

Extremely touristy but also extremely beautiful. The lake struggles with too many cars and too many visitors. We were able to get a special pass to parking because we were actually staying in the valley which is preferable but expensive.

We travelled to the Antholz Valley for a biathlon...

We travelled to the Antholz Valley for a biathlon competition. This is a nice quiet valley. There was a cultural adjustment for 7 pm dinners. Stores in the area are closed from 12-3 normally so we had to adjust our exploring times. We look forward to coming back when there is still snow on the ground. It was an unusually warm spring. There are only a few public restaurants for eating as most of the stays include breakfast and dinner. The chefs choose the menu. If have specific or limited dietary needs you might want to look for an AirBnB or expect to drive a bit for more options.

This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.

A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with...

A very neat, clean and perfectly organized city with Austrian organization and Italian flair. The feeling of security is very high, there are no beggars, no suspicious men. The stores sell excellent goods, there are no cheap stores like New Yorker, generally there are no international brands, but that's why you find very high quality goods at reasonable prices. The food is gastronomic, and the prices are acceptable. The architecture is first class.

Nice village, easy to stroll around - few shops, caffees,...

Nice village, easy to stroll around - few shops, caffees, restaurant available. Great for cross country skiing - Dobbiaco is linked with all neighbour villages and long distance trails are also starting from here. Easy access by car and skibus to 3Zinnen ski lifts.
