We had a lovely stay. The rooms are nice, and we loved the bath robes, slippers, flip flops, and the local toiletries provided in the room. The spa is also really nice, but be aware that you need to book spa time beforehand. It was not a problem for us, but I imagine it might be difficult to get spa time in the winter peak season.

I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. Everything. This was the best skiing holiday we have ever had. The hotel is so cosy, the staff are all AMAZING. The rooms are simple but beautiful, very alpine cosy. The bathroom is lovely clean and warm. Ottavia was absolutely brilliant at helping us with restaurant bookings and also organised another night for us to stay at their sister hotel when we extended our trip by a day due to amazing snow!! (We wished we could have stayed another night at Cristal Palace however there was no room). The breakfast, omg. It was the best hotel breakfast and service we have ever had. The selection was truly amazing I think I put on about 3kgs lol! The service was amazing, the ambience and the views are unbeatable. The spa is BRILLIANT, so much bigger and nicer than we were expecting. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is a 5 minute walk into town and they have a private shuttle service which will pick you up anywhere within the Madonna ski region - truly amazing!!! It’s All in all I honestly couldn’t recommend more - we cannot wait to come back next year. It’s a cosy alpine treat in a beautiful ski resort with fantastic service.

I went after Easter, arriving in the last day of the ski season, so the city and the hotel were not crowed. The staff was extremely sympathetic and efficiency (although few could not speak fluent English, they make the effort, they don't let you without an satisfactory answer). The hotel is very beautiful from inside, stays close to market and shoppings/restaurante. Breakfast was great (meat and cheese selections, fruits, cereals and pastry) . I got the simplest bedroom option and worth it (small fridge, tv, cozy bed and good shower), it has everything that one need when going for long hikes during the day and just want to relax afterwards. By the way, the spa area is perfect after long sport day (sauna, pool, showers). I really recommend to stay Hotel Chalet Del Brenta and i will definitely go back!

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Lorenzetti during our stay in Madonna di Campiglio. The Hotel is located less than 5' driving distance from the center of the village and offers a shuttle bus (free of charge) to the ski lifts and village center upon request. The breakfast offered variety of choices which was exactly what we were looking for. The room and all the hotel areas was very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite & helpful and along with Mrs. Lorenzetti (who is very kind and hospitable) made us feel like home. It was a memorable experience and we will definitely intend to visit them again.

The place was stunning, you can see the mountains through the window. Inside was very cute and cozy. Stuff was amazing l really love them ❤️. Food l mean dinner was like in 5 stars restaurant . I highly recommended all alpes guest come here for stay and l am 100% sure that you will be as pleasant as me :) besides here also was fire place at the evening for romantic time with family or partner :) and of course sauna !! Sauna with mountains view .

The staff is truly exceptional. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are beautiful and quiet, with a large bed and a great shower. Breakfast is very good, and having freshly pressed orange juice is a great treat. The slope is just across from the hotel, so you can easily ski in and out, and you get a discounted rental when you stay at the hotel, which is appreciated.

Location was great, we had an amazing Mountain View from the balcony, the apartment was very clean and tidy and it had all the basics needs for our trip. The ski room was good too. The location was perfect, only 15 mins from Pinzolo ski lifts and less than 20 mins drive from Madonna di campiglio. We will definitely come back next year, very thing was perfect!

Best hotel experience ever. 2 minute walk to skilift, terrific room, extremely clean, great food. Our favorite Hotel-staff: Alan, Paolo, Roberta and Ada were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed but were also fun. Pinzolo is a nice place to stay, 12 km from Madonna di Campiglio. There are many shops, markets, parks, and ski lifts if you want to ski. There’s plenty of parking places too, and it is not crowded as Madonna di Campiglio. I really recommend it.

The whole place is eco-friendly and aims to protect the environment and minimize use of resources. First place I stayed that didn’t provide plastic water bottles! No plastic waste, fresh spring water from the sink, no plastic toxins in my drink.

It's a very good ski area, modern, well maintained, slopes well groomed. The resort itself is quite upmarket, the shops and restaurants were relatively expensive compared to other Italian resorts. Our restaurant experiences were not especially good in the town. Up the mountain, although the catering was good value, the quality of the food was not great, although better and a lot cheaper than you might find in France up the mountain. The resort is in the Dolomites, although not on the Sella Ronda, and the scenery is breath-taking. Overall, it's a very good ski area and ski resort, and I would definitely return.

A very nice place to go too.

A very nice place to go too. I went to a waterfall park, you had to pay for entrance, but you can enjoy yourself all day here. And this was the only place in the surrounding I went to. I bet there is more to see, looking at the possibilities and landscape. I loved this nice little town.

Madonna di Campiglio is an absolute delight!

Madonna di Campiglio is an absolute delight! Beyond its charming boutiques, fantastic delicatessens, and excellent selection of supermarkets and restaurants, the skiing is simply outstanding. The resort offers a huge variety of runs for all skill levels, from gentle slopes to challenging black runs, all set against breathtaking mountain scenery. The lift system is modern and efficient, with plenty of gondolas and chairlifts making it easy to explore the vast ski area. Whether you’re hitting the slopes, indulging in local cuisine, or just soaking in the alpine atmosphere, this resort has it all. We can’t wait to return!

Small town with lots of shops/restaurants/bars/groceries/ski lift walking distance (Doss de Sabion) New lift and new facilities up there. Views are spectacular from every angle. I would stay away during tourist season since it can get very crowded in the Piazza and grocery store etc. Locals are very nice and helpful. Most speak English.
