The hotel was extraordinary. It is beautyfully located near a nice farm in the fields. You have a beautyful view over the dolomit mountains and very nice walking tracks through forests very close by. The staff was very friendly. The design of the hotel is very modern but also very cosy. Everything is exceptionally clean and and the details make you feel very comfortable. The breakfast is just delicious with lots of fresh fruit and berries and everything you wish for! The whirlpool in the room was a treat and the room itself very spacious and well equiped. The spa has nice views over the alps. There is even a meditation room with yoga equipment.

Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!

A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

The hotel was well signed and easy to find. Parking was good. The hotel is a great combination of traditional Sud Tyrol style and elegant clean lines in the bedrooms. The view from the room was terrific. The bed was uber comfortable with good pillows. Plenty of towels and a great shower in the bathroom as well as good toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with a huge choice of cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheese, eggs, bread and croissants. On the second day there was a delicious homemade apple strudel. The dinner was top quality and fresh. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful and charming. We can’t wait for a return visit!
