we love the location - up in the hill in a very quiet place. surounding wiith beutifull medow and mountain vew. the outside pool is amazing and the spa is great! The stuff were very kind and very knowgble with the area - where to go hiking; to dine etc.

Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!

I loved everything about staying in Drei Birken! The room was very modern, peaceful and super clean. It was wonderful to have a balcony with a mountain view. The room had everything I needed for a perfect stay. The owners were super friendly and the overall atmosphere made me feel like I was a house guest – I really felt welcome. I am forever thankful that I found this accommodation! I haven't felt as peaceful in a long while as I felt here. Thank you!

A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

    We were greeted so warmly when we arrived on the 2nd February in the afternoon by a lovely woman at reception. The warm welcome, support and service of the staff continued throughout our stay. All of the staff were warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The common areas of the hotel was beautifully and subtly decorated with wonderful furniture and ambient lighting. We liked the peacefulness and the quiet throughout the hotel. There was no loud music and no loud guests. The room was very clean and the bathroom was pristine. The spa was great and again everything was quiet and peaceful. Good water temperature , wonderful rest area. Food was truly delicious with great variety. A special thank you to all the brilliant staff ...especially to Julian ( in photo with permission ) who had fantastic knowledge of wine and was so charming and really fantastic in every way; to Tony for making me a bespoke golden coloured cocktail which was perfect, and to Katerina, Melanie, Tobias and all the colleagues who were all excellent. This is a gorgeous family run hotel which is managed with great care. We hope to come back soon.

    One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. The staff was accommodating from the check-in desk to the team in the restaurant (especially Chris) to the housekeeping lady. The area is so magical and peaceful. The Spa is a big bounce. We took the chalet with 2 rooms, big space and comfy beds. All you need is available. There is a train station less than 5 mints on foot.

Modern, clean, cozy, location, gorgeous view from the room as well as from the spa, exceptional hospitality and professionalism from all staff members, little treats at breakfast and small thoughtful touches throughout the day, quietness that really makes you relax, food at breakfast and dinner.     I do not know where to start. I travel a lot. And this is definitely the best hotel experience of my life. Everything was the same as in the photo or better. Excellent service! Great beds! A large room with a magnificent view. I have never returned to the hotel twice to relax. But I'll be back here!
