I personally can not express enough my deepest gratitude to the entire staff at the Iberostar hotel. My stay has exceeded my expectations. Staying at the Iberostar star felt like home away from home. I stayed at the grand, which gave you exclusive access to the other two hotels on site.
The scenery, the ambient, the beach, the pool, the atmosphere, the food, the music, and the weather. This hotel is breathtaking and awesome.
The staff is brilliant , checking in went smoothly. I was greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff.
This hotel is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The room and the bed were equally comfortable. The bedding and the towels were comfy and soft against your skin. The entire staff, housekeepers, cleaners, securities, and the chef 👨🍳 were excellent.
The food is excellent and there's lots of different types of cuisine to choose from, which is really good.
I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service that I was given during my stay.
There's absolutely no question about returning back to the Iberostar in the very near future. Money well spent. Iberostar is simply the best !!!!! You are in my top 10 hotel.
I am a solo traveller travelling from Europe to Africa, South East Asia, Canada, America, and the Caribbean. I have stayed in 5 Stars Hotel, and this is my first time staying at the Iberostar. I have absolutely no regret booking this hotel. Thumps up.

Where do I start! From the point of arrival, I felt welcomed and energized by the warm and friendly reception of the employees; from the gentleman handling our luggages to the check in agent. The food was chefs kiss; the breakfast, the dinner, just all of it. The amenities and cleanliness of the facility! Lastly and just to reiterate, the amazingly staff truly made the trip memorable!

The entertainment staff made you feel welcomed. The dining was excellent. Great food and service. We were impressed. Thanks to the staff in the Rose Hall Dining area especially Darren and Trudy Ann. Rooms were kept clean and tidy. We enjoyed the karaoke too.

Everything was good 👍 getting around can be arranged with the host if you don’t have your own vehicle 🚗. You can arrange for food on the property. I do t have young children, but there are beaches nearby. The host can help you get to local attractions.

The staff were liars, they were price gouging during a Hurricane knowing people were stuck, they showed no compassion, the cleaning of the rooms stopped unless you were tipping money and on the first day it took almost 3 hours for me to get one extra towel and washcloth.

The property itself was not bad. The accommodation need to be updated. Also, host need to make sure that deposit is refunded back to guests in a timely manner. It's been 6 weeks now and I'm still waiting on mine.

Went for the luminous lagoon whichI thought could be accessed from a beach but was told only through tours 25 u.s. which is not bad but the luminous lagoon was not that impressive and none of your pictures are likely to come out so its a nice experience but don't expect pictures to take away unless you pay the 30.00 for the ones that guide took which were ok at best. we did no buy them. The host was great though. The pool was a bit dirty and a few dead cockroaches around. It was inexpensive and you can get to Dunns river falls pretty easily as well as a few other spots from here. We stayed two nights then went to Negril.

I wanted rest and relaxation. The hotel provided that. The food was good. I ate at the Jamaican restaurant and at Martha's Market. I loved the food there! The trip was too short to try the others. I will try them next time. The grounds are very clean. The staff is friendly. And the retro show was show-stopping!

Easy to get around. Knutsford express to most places in Jamaica and charter and private taxis.

I did not get to see much of Falmouth because I was attending a funeral in Trelawny. I will revisit, and then I can write a better review. The accommodation was lovely, beds were comfortable, and the house was clean. More importantly, the hose was top-tier.
