The owner is the sweetest person ever, and he made sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable, they gave us free drinks in the room, the food from the restaurant was amazing too. The staff was really helpful and polite all the time.

The Black Iris is a lovely, friendly hotel located in a quiet part of Madaba yet close to all of the attractions and restaurants. The staff is exceptional, extremely communicative and going the 'extra-mile' to make sure you are comfortable and need to get where you are going. They arranged for me both an airport pickup and a transfer to the Allenby Bridge - wonderful drivers who took the stress out of travel!

The owner is a strong man, and his family is very welcoming. The hotel is exceptionally clean and modern. The views are wonderful, and the food is both delicious and plentiful. This has definitely been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Jordan during my holiday.

A great hotel in Madaba, close to the city center, but also not too close (10min walk), you can easily access it with car, and the best, they have an own parking place. The breakfast was traditional humus, vegetables, halva and loved the falafel option. The receptionists were nice, and had a great offer to the Dead sea.

the room and the hotel were so clean and cosy that it felt like home. Omar was exceptional 👏 he made sure I got anything I needed and stayed in contact with me until I arrived. He also went to get me food because I arrived late and tired without me asking. the hotel also managed to order a taxi for me to get to the airport on time. Well run, modern, clean and lovely scented, great feel type hotel. Everything was Superb! Enjoyed a very tasty buffet dinner. Good breakfast. Great feel from the time we walked through the doors. Staff were helpful. Location is great for site seeing with most sites in easy walking distance. Coffee/ Tea making facilities in room. Spacious quiet rooms. Great shower! everything felt new. breakfast was so good and the view in front of having breakfast is amazing which is on historical curch. Waking up with bells of curch was an magneficent experience for me and also it was a sunday idk how the other days will be. Food and people also so good and make us happy and smile :)
