The staff was very helpful at all times. They helped us accommodate for transportation, tickets for Petra and more. Room was perfectly clean and comfortable with both American and European power outlets. The room is absolutely quiet which let us sleep comfortably. I would definitely come back.

Amazing experience, the service was great and the rooms were equipped with everything we needed. I would 100% recommend it. It is also very convenient located, just 15 min by foot away from Petra visitor center and 3 min by cab, and there are a lot of supermarkets and restaurants around it.

The terrace was really nice - beautifully set up. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Helpful reception. Plenty of parking nearby. Good location (however it is up a hill from the Park if you don't have a car). Dorm beds were comfortable, had curtains and little shelf for things.

Nice trip here the hotel service is perfect our host Raja is friendly and patient and we will recommend this hotel to you! Being located next to the Petra Visitor Center was ideal as the outstanding museum and entry point to Petra could be reached on foot. And we have a room with a wonderful view over the Museum to the hills. The room was quiet and had everything you needed including a small sofa, minibar and good and free equipment . And buy a great buffet with lots of options. The rooftop pool is absolutely gorgeous - very nice for a dip after a very hot day in Petra. The . The staff was friendly and helpful including valet parking. I was happy to ensure this hotel was not a more expensive option and would definitely stay again

A new and beautiful hotel – very modern and stylish. Excellent service and a warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Convenient parking available. The rooms are completely new and very comfortable. The view of the city from the rooftop terrace is stunning! The pool water was a bit cold, but since the season has ended, that’s understandable. Overall, a great stay — highly recommended!

We stayed at P Quatro Relax hotel for five nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel itself, the rooms, the food, the location, the staff, everything was just perfect! The hotel is located in the city center. Petra is about 20 minutes by foot and just five minutes by car. Hotel arranges free transfer to the Petra visitors center from 7 AM till 7 PM. We booked a twin room. It was spacious and clean. However, it was not as light as we desired. When we asked the receptionist (Mehmed) if it was possible to get a lighter twin room he changed the room in a few minutes. What a surprise it was when we got a family room instead. It was light, spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom (with jacuzzi) was very comfortable as well. The heating and Wi Fi were working perfectly. The breakfast was very good. There was a big choice of pastries, cheese, ham, hot meals, fruits, vegetables, juice, etc. In addition, every morning they gave us a lunch box. The staff (Ashley, Mehmed and others) were very friendly and kind, ready to help you at any time. Sometimes I thought that we gave them too much trouble with our questions.

Mahmut and Alí are very friendly and very good people. The hotel is very beautiful and very nice and the view from the rooftop is amazing but, the best of the hotel are the people who work there, their stories, their heart, their jokes and their interesting knowledge!! I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert landscape, and its closeness to Petra. If anything “could be better,” it would simply be having even more time to explore and enjoy everything the town and Petra has to offer. Ask about the transfer that drops you off at the top near the Monastery - this saves you walking up and then back down the same route.

Probably my rating or comment is not suitable for every travelers as foreigner but living in Jordan for long time. Definitely, I need 5 star hotels in Dead Sea or Aqaba to refresh myself and my family regularly. But Dana is a great place to also have regular visit as it is located within 2.5 hours range from my home in Amman, and to experience this great nature in reasonable expense. After over 10 years of staying in this country, as a person like to sleep under the millions of stars, Dana is most frequently visited location at the recent years of my life in Jordan.

we have encountered fraudulent behavior on the part of the accommodation operator. after making the reservation via "booking.com" we arrived to the location - meeting with the resort representative "Ahmad" we were taken to another camp resort ( very old, nor matching the pictures during the booking, empty ) being told that the other "camp" is full... but 1 room could still be found - as long as we're happy to pay double price. We accepted as we're in the middle of desert. But this was clearly deliberate fraudulent conduct. Our recommendation would be for Booking.com not to keep contractual relationship with such accommodation providers.

The village has been abandoned and then rebuilt as a hotel. It sits above a valley and has a stunning view that goes all the way to the Dead Sea. The very friendly Musaad made sure that everyone felt welcome and helped. He also set up a guide for our trip to the nearby Sela' fortress, which is a very interesting Nabataean site. A beautiful spot away from the crowds of tourists, a chance to see the real Jordan.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

The reserve is beautiful.

The reserve is beautiful. We spent 3 days hiking and hardly saw any other people. Amazing colors and sweeping vistas. Definitely go with a knowledgeable guide to get the best experience. Stay at the Jabal Dana Hotel for great views and amazing food.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

Suggest you take a car to the top (Rear) of Petra and enter near the monastery then walk down hill towards the entrance as it is a big day of walking. Hotel has lovely staff and very helpful. Every night was a large outdoor fire with tea service and music while the hills had lights on them for great photos. Suggest spending two nights in this hotel min maybe 3-4 nights to experience all the surround areas.
