- From US$104.25 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,552 reviewsEXCELLENT LOCATION - few blocks away from shopping malls so I was able to go shopping, go back to the hotel to drop off my bags, take a little rest, then go shop again. There are also a lot of dining options (i.e. Yamachan) and convenience store (7-11 and Family Mart) nearby. SPACIOUS ROOM - it was my first time staying at APA hotel but I had stayed at other budget hotels before. I would say this is the most spacious room I've stayed in. I was able to leave my medium size luggage open on the floor and still have a lot of space to move around. AMENITIES - I also quite enjoyed using the Yukata provided. Coffee/tea and toiletries are replenished everyday.Guest review byKatrina YapPhilippines
- From US$124.97 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 791 reviewsGood location and convenient. The drip coffee provided was aromatic. There are reasonably priced Western and Japanese choices of breakfast at the restaurant downstairs which opens very early(around 5am for the Japanese), very suitable for early travelers like us! it is also a very short work to the Nagoya underground which links all the way to the station. The staff were very attentive to our needs and regularly topped up the room towels in a paper bag daily even though we had indicated not to have our rooms made.Guest review byJoanSingapore
- From US$104.39 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very good - What previous guests thought, 579 reviewsLoved our comfy family room with tatami area and futons. The sento (public bath) was wonderful: really nice natural rock style bath and lovely washing areas. The sento is well used by guests including kids so definitely family friendly. This hotel has so many extras: free late night ramen service (21:30-23:00), free ice cream after bath, free manga library in the lounge. The staff were really pleasant and helpful and the chef at breakfast was especially nice. What a great stay.Guest review byCharlesAustralia

Bathroom is very clean, separate areas for sink, shower+tub, toilet. Breakfast is typical buffet style with western and Japanese items If you have a couple of hours to spare, head over to the flight of dream museum at terminal 2 to see the Boeing 787 up closeGuest review bySylviaCanada

Nagoya is a treasure for eating and shopping.
Nagoya is a treasure for eating and shopping. LOTS of great restaurants. There's the science museum, the Toyota museum, and Nagoya Castle. No "authentic" neighborhoods to explore, though there is an ethnic shopping street near Kamimaezu Station. There are lots of traditional Japanese coffee shops "kissaten" to relax in if that's your thing. If you venture away from downtown there are places like Shirotori Gardens or Arimatsu on the historical Tokaido Road which was a center of indigo dyeing. No restaurants though in the 800 m length of the neighborhood.Guest review byBalibari2015United States - 10.0
One of Japan's six ancient kiln towns.
One of Japan's six ancient kiln towns. If you are into ceramics it's a brilliant place to visit. If you're not, it's a lovely, relaxed town with nice walks and good places to eat. Very close to Nagoya airport. There is a free shuttle bus into Tokoname or use the station. Home of the lucky waving cat - Maneki Neko!Guest review byCerysUnited Kingdom - 8.0

A lovely and medium-sized city, although there are not many scenic spots within the city, it is a wonderful stopover place for one night. It has a beautiful city park (豐橋公園) with pretty 500 Sakura trees. You may go visiting nearby famous temple 豐川稻荷 (妙嚴寺) and transfer to the scenic railroad branch line JR飯田線.Guest review byMAOTaiwan - 8.0

I was here 6 years ago and just recently came back. If you’re looking for the one piece thousand sunny boat, it is no longer there. It was a surprise delight when we first came here there is a conservation of the local eagles and you see them flying freely like a typical neighbor.Guest review byJashna - Jan dela CruzUnited States - 10.0

Unsure of what to expect but the city is full of life. Amazing shopping in Osu Shotengai District, the castle, the food options (as in most if Japan), Kako Coffee House ogura toast (long queue but yummy) and most delicious sake I tried was in Nagoya. Only stayed for one full day really but very enjoyable. (Also hosts some of the sumo matches! Didn't even have time to visit the Science Museum...Guest review byMadelineUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Nagoya is often overlooked but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Nagoya is often overlooked but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed here for 2 nights but wish we stayed more. We did one day Legoland and one day Nagoya Science museum. If we had stayed longer, we could've visited the Nagoya Aquarium, the MagLev museum and the Toyota museum. We took the Hinotori train from Osaka which had a more luxurious interior than the Shinkansen. I'll come back to explore Nagoya and surrounding more.Guest review byJocelynAustralia - 10.0

Toyohashi is only about an hour from Nagoya where we live, and yet most people we know have never been there! It's great for a weekend break or even a day trip. We enjoyed visiting a restored house from 1800 years ago, the castle, a plum orchard, the city hall exhibition of the unusual handheld firework made from a bamboo tree, and various other places. Our first visit was for two night, and then we went back for a day trip. We'll probably go again for the Natural History Museum a little way past Toyohashi.Guest review byStephen GosdenUnited Kingdom
