A wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel from the famous Hyatt chain. The room we had was brand new, and we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness. A magnificent bed with a mattress that was both firm and supportive for the back. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re passing through the capital. The breakfast is very diverse, with high-quality products. I give it 5 stars without hesitation 🤩❤️

Absolutely the most wonderful and helpful staff I have ever met in a hotel (and I traveled a lot). We were here for a medical emergency and they have been very helpful to assist us in any way.     The staff were incredible and so accommodating, they ensured my stay was exceptional. The food was out of this world - I’d recommend Ololo for the food alone! The space on the lodge is perfect, if you’re seeking some quiet time in nature; go lay in the hammock amongst the trees, if you’re seeking some social time; hang by the pool, and if you’re after the animal adventure, it’s all at your finger tips. I can’t recommend Ololo enough. It was the perfect end to my 3-month holiday throughout Southern and Eastern Africa.

    Nairobi is a bigger city than I expected.

    Nairobi is a bigger city than I expected. Getting around during off peak times is reasonable easy, however it can be quite busy during peak times. Getting through the international airport can be a painful experience as you have to get out of the car and go through security as you get to the main gate to the airport. You then have to scan all your luggage, remove belts etc. as you enter the terminal, check in, go through immigration and then go through full security again.

    Nice hotel, good location as you can easily move around the city, and it’s in a secure environment too, the staff here are welcoming, breakfast was good, room is as seen on booking.com. Overall, my stay was good and will definitely be using them again if I come back to this city.. good value for money 👍

    Safety is the best of Karen.

    Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

    Different to my prior travelling experiences, however once I settled in and became more familiar with locals customs and found the basic services, so I grew to really like Nairobi. The climate, the weather is sensational, overall the people are generally very friendly and welcoming. The fact that pretty much all speak very good English, simply makes the stay so much more pleasant and enjoyable.

    Nairobi Kenya 🇰🇪 is a great city , the capital city of Africa, for entrepreneurs like me I see it as the silicon savannah of Africa! The city has everything u need for your comfort while traveling for business or personal holiday. The only thing you need to be careful with is ask prices upfront, then bargain if u can , don't pay for anything until u see and touch it , even hotel rooms... You have to see first and feel the vibe . Use reputable companies like Uber for transportation if u haven't hired personal vehicle, it's easier to report them through the App than just random guys , lastly don't walk around downtown alone at night , u might lose your items . Overall people are kind and welcoming, enjoy your stay 🛫✈️🏝️
