Excellent hotel were one can rent a spacious and luxury apartment for a few days or a few months. We stayed in Luxcity for three nights and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent with great choices of food for evey taste European as well Asian. Service was superb too. Additional bonus was rooftop bar and swimming pool with amazing view of the city. Even though hotel is not in the centrum of the city the cheep tok tok ride will take you there in no time. Without hesitation we would recommend Luxcity hotel to family and friends and others.

The staff were probably the best I have experienced ever. They took care very good of me especially after my food poisoning incident . Our stay, even if brief, was wonderfull. The room, like the rest of the hotel, was very clean, goodlooking and confortable. The view Is very nice on the city centre and the huge plaza beneath. Also, the staff was extremely kind and friendly, in particular the receptionist with whom we made friends and took photos together before we leave and who cared about us even when we left the structure to continue our journey. Hope One day to come back to Phnom penh and stay again in this awesome hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Caravan Hotel by EMH, we knew we had made the right choice. This hotel quickly became our favorite in Phnom Penh, thanks to its exceptional service, beautiful ambiance, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable. The reception team was warm and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant and Skybar staff were equally outstanding, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. A special mention to Manager Jack, whose hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly remarkable and we were able to feel his warm kindess during our stay. Big thanks to Nita at the Skybar for her kindness and attentiveness—she made our evenings extra special! The Skybar itself is a must-visit, offering stunning city views and a great selection of drinks. The restaurant is offering asian and european style menu, which was super great. The entire experience at Caravan Hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phnom Penh! Love, Heidi & Riku

    We travelled to the Rosewood Phnom Penh for a friend's 50th celebrations in May 2025. The hotel feels new, is luxuriously appointed with its interiors, incredibly clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, but special mention should be given to Daneth at reception who felt like our personal butler over the long weekend of staying at the hotel. She went above and beyond assisting with all of our requests including a very well received late checkout on our final day for a late flight, was happy to give restaurant recommendations before we arrived and helped arrange a lovely 50th celebration for my girlfriend. Unfortunately Sora rooftop bar which had been pre-booked and confirmed for my girlfriend's 50th was unavailable on the night due to a last minute request to book the space by a Government Official, however the staff did their utmost to make the backup Plan B very special and fun, and we enjoyed our evening in the Sky Lobby Bar instead. It also rained over the weekend so no one was able to enjoy the rooftop cocktail bar which was a shame, however the indoor Whiskey Bar was lovely and intimate, with spectacular views over the city. If you are staying on a Sunday, definitely indulge and book Brasserie Louis for their free flow brunch, it really is amazing. Overall my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood and we would be very happy to recommend it, although pricey for a South East Asian getaway hotel, we were happy to splash out on this occasion for such a comfortable stay. Also you are within a few minutes tuk tuk ride away from the Raffles Hotel for a cocktail at The Elephant Bar for a change of venue!

    Phnom Penh is a very cultural heritage capitol.

    Phnom Penh is a very cultural heritage capitol. It is beautiful in many areas with temples, periods and high ranking official buildings. But there is no money spent on the people and community. There should be more infrastructure to help the people in the streets. The streets should be cleaned and housing made better. It’s such a shame that the wealth is only for the wealthy. But it was good to see . Phnom Penh is a city that you don’t need a lot of time to explore. , I suggest 4-5 days is plenty.

    We did an Architectual tour by cyclo that was great, very informative and lots of fun It is a surprisingly easy city to navigate we used the Grab app which made getting a tuk tuk or car so much easier. They will no longer accept you without a booking in Phonm Penh so be prepared Everyone was surprisingly helpful just dive into the experience and be prepared to laugh the Khemer people will laugh with you as well as at you

    The city is diverse.

    The city is diverse. Some areas are old and packed with food carts while others are lined with government buildings and universities. I was not there to sight see but just to fly out. I stayed three nights which was enough for me. I had been in Siem Reap for 2 months so it was a bit nerve racking to be in a big noisy city with traffic.
