The location is very central. Easy access to everything. The hotel is clean and very nice and comfortable.i love that they have a sky bar at the top.. was nice to sit there at night while having a view of the city..the staff was very nice..Vichara and Lisa were very helpful in helping me check in and check out.. would love to come and stay at this hotel again!

My parents and I spent three wonderful days (two nights) at The Elephant Hotel. The hotel has a lot to offer, including relaxing massages, a high-quality restaurant, a convenient tuk-tuk service for any destination, a beautiful swimming pool, and spacious, comfortable rooms. A delightful afternoon tea is offered daily as a special treat for all guests. The manager and the entire staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request to ensure a perfect stay. The pool area is stunning, with comfortable loungers and fresh towels always available. The restaurant provides excellent service at any time of the day, offering delicious, well-presented dishes. The value for money is outstanding, and the hotel’s location is ideal—close to the city center. The central market and the pub street are easily accessible on foot or by tuk-tuk. I highly recommend this hotel and sincerely thank the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

The room service food was beyond good. After an excursion to Angkor, it was exactly what we needed. The fried rice in particular was amazing. The laundry was also really affordable and fast. The staff were all very kind and accommodating, especially the front desk crew. Our tuk tuk driver Mr. Danny was very polite and friendly, and our Angkor tour guide Mr. Pin did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend both of them to any future guests.

Everything. Our stay here was amazing. We couldn’t believe how amazing this hotel was. The value for money is unbelievable. The staff that work here are so friendly and the communication between all the staff is fantastic. We changed extended our stay and changed to be in a different room to stay by the other people and all staff had been informed already and every staff member remembered us. It felt very special staying here. The food is also very impressive. My girlfriend had the flu when we were here and so we didn’t leave the hotel much but it was ok because the food was so good and the room was very comfortable. The massive bath also feels very luxurious.

Away from Siem Reap city, we ventured into the rugged outback and surrendered ourselves to a secluded rare gem. The Beige | Siem Reap, owned by a Japanese couple, welcomed its guests to a safari-themed well-appointed exquisite tents overlooking a stretch of untouched nature! A gorgeous experience! Instant friendship was made with the super-attentive local staff, a male elephant (claimed to be the only remaining tusked-elephant in Cambodia 😭) who comes by to say hello and fed baskets of fruit during breakfast time, and a buffalo family of three :) Adorable bunch. A one-of-a-kind experience in Siem Reap ❤️ The unique experience of oneness with surrounding nature. The tent allows premium comfort without walling in. Privacy without isolation. Generous spaces throughout. Superb design. Warm and helpful staff. We love Rang Bay the elephant, the sweet water-buffalo family, the water lilies, the surrounding green wilderness, and the clean air. Healing for the mind, body and soul.

We stayed at Shinta Mani for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. The villas are stunning—beautifully designed, private, and incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect romantic getaway. A special thanks to our butler, Neand, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout our stay. He truly made our experience feel seamless and special. I would definitely recommend Shinta Mani to anyone looking for a luxurious, peaceful retreat. The only small downside was the mini bar. For the price of the stay, we expected it to be fully restocked daily, including the beers. It would also be nice to have a few salty snacks included. That said, everything else was amazing, and we’ll cherish the memories we made here!

We liked that the hotel was small and intimate making our stay very relaxed and comfortable. All staff were very attentive, something that is sometimes missed in a big and busy hotel. Room was very spacious with easy access to the swimming pool. Pool area is very pleasant. food was delicious - breakfast and dinner. We have used the hotel driver for airport pick up and trip to Kulen Mountain. For the trip we have booked a local tour guide. Everything was very affordable. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would highly recommend it.

I have returned to this hotel after 12 years and it is still so nice. Excellent staff, very nice pool and a garden. Peaceful retreat in Siem Reap. Breakfast is very nice. We had a drink by the pool, that was nice too. I did not enjoy the food for dinner that much, but it might be because of my poor food selection (like my summer rolls were mediocre, but the pomelo prawn salat my wife had was really good). In case I shall ever return I would stay at the sane hotel again for sure.

Great price and great location with loads of dining options nearby. The night market is 15 min walk away and Pub Street a further 5 min walk. When you become a guest you also get access to Eric, the proprietor and his wealth of knowledge about Siem Reap. He managed to organise tuk tuk tours and Apsara dance show and give recommendations of where to eat. That knowhow was invaluable

Perfect hotel in SR! All the staff were kind and enjoyed talking with them. The room was clean and well prepared. Siem Reap town exceeded my expectations as it has been...

Siem Reap town exceeded my expectations as it has been greatly improved by infrastructure works during Covid. After Vietnam it seemed clean and modern. The temples of Angkor are just incredible and I recommend 3 days of tuk tuk exploration to visit them. Angkor Wat gets all the publicity but really, there are so many more which, while less large and imposing, are more beautiful. The authorities are doing a fantastic job caring for and restoring. If only UK authorities did the same.

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th!

I had an excellent stay at Angkor Home 27th! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially loved the location — just a short walk to the city center but still peaceful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast, and swimming pool was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting Siem Reap!

Wonderful place of over my staying good location and nice rooms like 5 star hotels because my room booking private pool , good air conditioning and bath rooms so big specially owners super friendly and helpful us I will promise come back again,

Siem Reap is vibrant and nice stay. The administration charges steep rates for tickets to Angkor Wat, They also charge USD 20 per person for Kulen mountain which is quite expensive.Travellers do not configure such steep entrance tickets in their travel plans.

The host and hostess are very very friendly and helpful 😀

The host and hostess are very very friendly and helpful 😀 There are market closed to the home and made some noise till middle of the nights. Off course it is not their fault ... I strongly recommend to stay the house Thank you for your great support.

The place wonderful good location and room private pool and around areas nice view with garden or city view from this place just 5 km by Angkor Wat temple the owner Mr ley super helpful and friendly with us , am promises to come back here again , I am strongly recommend for all tourists to stay this place,

Siem Reap is my pick of the four places I have been to in Cambodia , it’s big enough without the crazy traffic, you meet a lot of different people from all over the world, and the Khmer people are so warm and welcoming, I loved my time in Cambodia.
