Efficient friendly parking and reception staff. Everything was on time and organised. Room was spotless, quite large( king and single bed) with seats,desk, wardrobe, large sink in kitchen unit area. Nice toiletries. Very comfortable bed. Great for airport and lots of restaurants around.

The location is perfect, the neighbourhood is very quiet at night and it's full of restaurants and cafes. The hotel's staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. There hotel has a rooftop with a really nice view of the city and Seongsan Ilchulbong. We really enjoyed our time here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Josun Jeju, and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the proficiency of the staff in English, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The breakfast at Grand Josun Jeju is a real treat - a sumptuous spread with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. Additionally, having a convenience store right inside the hotel was extremely handy, especially for those little things you might need at a moment's notice. One of the most amazing surprises was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. This unexpected gesture added an extra layer of luxury to my already fantastic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Josun Jeju to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation on the island. Its proximity to the waterfalls is just another reason to choose this hotel. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I can't wait to return!

It’s a very clean hotel . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the peacefulness and cleanliness of the hotel . It’s also vey convenient to travel to most of the sightseeing places in Jeju. There is a CU supermarket and blossom cafe which is close by. Having a car is more convenient to go down town Seogwipo to have your meal. Most cafes and restaurants closes by 7pm or earlier in Jeju . I would definitely stay in the hotel again .

The view is sooooo good, i really love it. It's easy to see the sunrise, the mountains and even sunset. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. There are a lot of windows and a balcony making the room airy. We have almost everything there hair dryer, bosy wash, body lotion, shampoo and even cotton. We have the floor heater and also the electric blanket so it's too good to keep warm. I didnt use the blanket because it's too hot inside. The breakfast is good and the owner is soo beautiful as well ❣️🥰. Because we rent a car so we feel the location is perfect. We visited Camelia hill, o'sulloc tea museum, and many parks and forests near hear. We did ride a horse, go on the road near Hallasan and we also drive to visit aquarium jeju on the east side of the island. Near the pension are very good restaurant and we can easily have bbq chicken just 5 mins walking there which is my most favorite food hhhhh.

Great location next to Songaksan (go for the hike just before the sunset , it takes 1 hr to walk around). Beautiful view from the room ( book the one with the bathtub and don't forget to wake up for the sunrise ... It's really worth it). The swimming pool on the rooftop is very nice and is heated. There is a nice breakfast /lunch spot next door called Tropical Hideaway. For dinner you have to go to Keudon-ga Restaurant (3mins walk ) for their Korean bbq ( Jeju black pork is to die for :-) !!!
