Buffet was nice. There a big choice of dishes for breakfast and fresh juices for self-serving. It was cosy place to have a breakfast, especially in the early morning when it was practically empty from guests. Very comfortable room with wonderful balcony with plants and glass sliding doors. Fast and responsible room service and reception. Stylish interior. Want to stay there again.

i'm a genius level 3 and I don't usually bother leaving reviews, but this hotel really deserves it. I've stayed at many hotels around Beirut, but this place has quickly become a favorite, it exceeded all my expectations. The amenities are fantastic, and both the rooms and bathrooms are modern and spotless. The staff is incredibly polite and professional, always ready to help. The Wi-Fi is fast, and my room came with a mini kitchenette, which I absolutely loved. When I needed to switch rooms, the staff was super helpful and accommodating. This is officially my new go-to spot in Beirut.

My room was excellent: spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The excellent service continued upstairs at the restaurant, where the staff were attentive and made every meal a pleasure. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lancaster Bay to anyone looking for a top-quality stay. I’ll definitely be returning!

Also I enjoyed the pool on the rooftop, the bartender and the waiter were very friendly. Food also was super delicious. Em Nazih restaurant on the first floor was super convenient. Delicious food and friendly team. Was really worth the money and worth staying there. Location wise was amazing. I would definitely recommend it.

    The staff. 100 % the staff. Both the night porter a lovely older man who brought opt bags to the room and the man on reception who could not be more helpful. We arrived very late Thursday night but had to leave really soon after cause a flight chamge at airport. This hotels staff are brilliant

    I’ve been in Beirut for 6 weeks!

    I’ve been in Beirut for 6 weeks! Don’t stay for long in Hamra or at Corniche. Get a hotel for a few nights just for the beach or pools and the view. But go and stay at the area Gemmayze or Ashrafieh. Hamra is just dirty and touristic!

    My Beirut is slowly recovering, and this trip felt so much better than when we visited two years ago. The country feels more stable, and you can sense a beautiful energy of resilience and hope in the air. The Lebanese people, as always, remain incredibly warm, welcoming, and excited to work, carrying their unmatched hospitality with pride. The bars, restaurants, and food are still on another level .. truly better than anywhere else in the world. In every corner, you feel the culture, the heritage, and the heartbeat of a city that refuses to lose its magic.
