Awasome view to the lake and forest, stylish interior and lot of space. Private terrace with table and chairs. Huge and comfortable bed. Very good breakfast and restaurant with reasonable prices. Free parking. Kind English speaking staff. Lot of outdoor activities like bicycle and rowing boat rental. I think it's lovely place for honeymooners, families and elderly people, because it's very tranquil and romantic, and no night life entertainment. We loved it and wanted to stay much longer. Favorite spot to visit - Engure lake nature park, where you can see wild cows and horses. Very nice beaches in the city with children playground, changing cabins. City center beach has 2 bars. Engure city very quiet, has several cafe/restaurant to choose from, very nice bakery for breakfast or just to grab something with you. The sauna was highlight. Wood burning, hot, and everything you need to treat yourself. For hot bodies like me, use of the sauna hat is great! For food, I grilled chicken.
