You can't call it just a hotel. It is a piece of art. The corridor on the second floor hosts paintings from various Latvian artists over significant periods of recent Latvian history. Not enough with that, take the elevator to the basement and enjoy even more art. This is more a retreat than just a hotel - enjoy the peace and quietness by contemplating artists' work. We loved it.

We stayed at the room with a city view/ balcony and it was a really comfortable stay. I was especially impressed that every day the housekeeping would leave 2x bottled water, which is a really nice touch. I visit Liepāja quite often and this was one of the best places I've stayed at.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and the beautiful town of Liepaja! The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well appointed. Very friendly and helpful staff. An excellent and generous breakfast buffet.Very easy parking. The location great; right in the centre of the old town with restaurants and bars. A short walk to the summer park and the beach. We definitely recommend and would stay here again
