Very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. We have returned after visiting nearly 2 years ago and the hostel remains just like new! We always book the room with a toilet and shower. The bedroom is large, with a table and chairs and has a beautiful view of the church - see photo! The shower is perfect - everything in this hostel seems to have been carefully considered and designed. The location is excellent, being 2 minutes walk away from 3 different supermarkets yet still is very quiet and relaxing. The castle is opposite and there are many scenic walks in Rauna. An excellent cafe / restaurant is next to the hostel that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices.

I highly recommend this place. Very spacious, beautiful, clean and quiet place. We vacationed with our family and we really liked it! Shops are also very close and you can park your car privately in the yard. The host was also very friendly! When traveling there, we prefer to go back again :)

It’s a very cute camping site. Obviously it is fare Mia charming in summer, when you have a chance to delight in all the beautiful nature around the glamping. but even in winter it was good to spend a weekend in a far-off place like this. The chimney adds not only charm but also warmth :) We were able to cook our own food there. The lavatory is very good, no inconvenience. Be careful when making a bath, the button at the bottom can be easily un-pressed and all your hot water will leak away, leaving you in a half full bathroom and in need to wait until the boiler warms itself up again. :D but if you’re smarter than me then it will be ok. The place is so far away from the mainland so that we saw two wild deers close to Didille camping site :) (but not on it itself)

Spacious, modern apartment with excellent cooking facilities. Plenty of parking space. Grocery shop near the house. The apartment is not exactly in the very centre of Smiltene, but the town is quite small, so everything is easily reachable by foot. The apartment is not on the ground floor (3rd or 4th floor I think), there is no elevator in the building - this might be a consideration for some guests. Overall - great stay!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a few days. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended!

awesome! no complains. small, but very comfortable house. very good owner! as a bonus, he is a massage master, so you can ask for a session. silent! sauna in place for additional 40e, good one! and a lake just in 20m!
