I would like to thank our host Ayub and his team, kitchen staff Sara and Hamza, for looking after us. They were very friendly and polite with my kids and showed great care and respect for my mother, too. The hospitality is on another level, and so was the level of cleanlines. Overall, a great stay! The staff was friendly, and recommended us activities and restaurants. The room was clean and provided all that was needed. Breakfast was perfect. Also, the hotel is located on a road accessible by car. It is very convenient if you're hauling big luggage, as you can get dropped off with the taxi right in front of the door. Medina is in walking distance. For families with small kids, near the hotel is a kids' play park which opens every night at 6pm. Our 3 year old enjoyed this very much.

    1) arrival and departure: When you say in a Riad, which is always inside a Medina ( old , walled city), your car will never take you to your stay. You invariably park in a parking lot outside or a town centre and are escorted to your Riad. Lina Ryad did fabulously on this. We kept them updated about our arrival time. Their team received us in the town square and helped us and our luggage reach the Riad. Riads do not have elevators and they helped us with our bags to our floors. The same process was repeated on our check out : bags to the lobby and then to our car 2) Extremely warm, supportive staff with greta communication skills. We had no difficulty at all communicating with them. We were received efficiently, welcomed with a traditional Mint tea and all information. It was super easy to check in and settle down 3) All Roads serve you breakfast. Lina Ryad did great with breakfast to order, 24 hour coffee machine , morning hot coffee and milk. Lunch and dinner were to order. We had one dinner there and that was great. Mix of Moroccan and Italian food 4) The facility itself is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen and towers were clean. Basics like shower supplies, hair drier, iron, A/C were in place and worked well 5) you could book time for a private time in the heated pool and that was great. We did not use the spa though 6) Lina Ryad was exactly what our research showed we would get and was way more in terms of service quality 7) The location is great.. 5 minute walk to the town centre and in a very peaceful place

    This riad, located in the heart of Chefchaouen’s medina, is an absolute treasure! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every detail, from the decor to the comfort of the rooms, was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay truly memorable. The highlight was the amazing breakfast! Each morning, we enjoyed an elaborate spread of freshly prepared Moroccan dishes, from local pastries and fresh fruit to traditional bread and flavorful jams. It was a delicious way to start the day and truly set this riad apart. The swimming pool was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, offering a refreshing and serene space to unwind. And the rooftop terrace? Absolutely breathtaking! It offers a panoramic view of Chefchaouen and the surrounding Rif Mountains. I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay with exceptional cleanliness, a fantastic breakfast, and a perfect medina location!

    Casa Hassan has all the basic needs and comfort met; eg. hot shower, dry/wet toilet, good room size for luggage to open/lay around. warm and fresh breakfast from kitchen. Communicated with our private transfers and helpful in luggage transport to car. Very strategic location with <200m away from the square (where taxi/vehicle can park to wait). The price is higher, but worth the pay. Book early during festive month as good one runs out fast. All these basic hospitalities made our stay during the chilling winter month felt very comfortable. Well designed with character and well maintained building condition made our stay memorable :)

    Located at the top of the medina, this place offers a very peaceful stay. Jawad and Rida are super kind and helpful, making my stay very pleasant. The room features a simple yet elegant design, allowing me to enjoy views of Chefchaouen from the windows.     Picturesque but very touristy and an excess of street vendors selling many crafts which likely come from China (are not made locally). Extremely hot when we went in July. Very important to get a decent guest house with air conditioning. 2 days is more than enough.

    Impossible to drive to in ordinary vehicle. We turned around after 3 harrowing km. When asked a shuttle with 4x4 was offered at 70€ return... Refund refused, site does not mention access issues. Never got to the place

    Yes, it's touristy, but it's so particular with all its blue buildings, in the midst of beautiful nature, that it's a must. Be prepared to climb a few hills! Favourite restaurant: The Twins in the square. Had a few good meals just people watching, and really cheap!

    Gorgeous city tucked into a hillside. We enjoyed the drive from Tangier. Fabulous city for photos (all the gorgeous shades of blue!). We took a cooking class at Cafe Clock - fun, intimate and we made tons of breads an pastries. For us 1.5 days was plenty of time to explore and enjoy. It's a little bit touristy in areas but worth the visit! one of my friends thoroughly enjoyed a massage and bath at a Hamman too.
