We stayed for two nights at this beautiful Riad and had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They welcomed us with warmth and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious — both the breakfasts and the dinner we had were full of flavor and made with care. Our room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and everything was very clean and pleasant. The entire team was extremely friendly, and we especially want to highlight Ayoub, who treated us exceptionally well throughout our stay. He was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The team went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, even helping us print our boarding passes. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely come back! Many thanks to everyone at Amira!!

My room on the third floor overlooking the mountains was stellar. Everybody was incredibly kind here. I seriously liked everything about this hotel which includes the fruit bowl in my room and the manager who went out of the way to make everybody feel at home. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. The prices were more than reasonable as well and it's only about three minutes away from the medina.

We couldn’t have had better hosts. So welcoming! This recently restored Riad in the quieter but very interesting Jewish quarter was fully decorated in Moroccan style by local artisans. We were particularly grateful for the airconditioned room and the cool sitting/dining area. Our hosts catered to all our food preferences and gave us all the information and practical help we needed to make the most of our stay in Fes.

🌟 Exceptional Stay! I stayed at this property yesterday and everything was absolutely perfect.     The architecture is spectacular, the service is excellent and very kind. I loved the design of the suite with a very traditional and luxurious palatial style. This historical palace is a masterpiece blending very elegantly luxury with traditions. Everything was impeccably clean and the bathroom is very luxurious. The restaurant is absolutely delightful. It was the best Moroccan cuisine I ever tasted in a very romantic atmosphere. The spa and pools are magnificent. The spa is spectacular and the massage was impeccable. I understand why all these rockstars and billionaires all choose to stay in this palace. The location is ideal in the best area of the Medina with stunning 360 views from the rooftop. There is a direct access to the door by car which is very rare. I cannot wait to be back !

    It's a beautiful riad with a nice terrace and a fresh indoor pool inside. My room: nice bathroom, the beds were very comfortable! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my car and the hotel manager was so kind to help me with this (he spent more than 2 hours to help me with this: driving with me to a garage, explaining the problem to the mechanic, waiting with me until it was finished... , without asking anything for this!). Thank you so much to staff and manager for your excellent care! I felt very cared for!🧡 I highly recommend this riad! My warmest regards, Hilde

    Beautifully restored and tastefully decorated riad in the medina. The staff is amazing, very friendly, professional and giving personal attention. The swimming pool area is beautiful. If you go to Fes in the summer, the swimming pool is a must. The rooms are spacious and decorated with the best local materials, the tiles are amazing. Breakfast has a great selection of local fresh products. We visited other riads in Fes for dinner or lunch but none approached the perfection of this place. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Fes and I already long to go back.

    We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

    Impressive Riad with nice decoration. In the mornings, you can have your breakfast in the terrace facing swimming pool. The staffs are very nice and patient. The location is bit out of city but as exchange you will feel quiet and relaxed especially after the visit in medina.

    The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina...

    The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina which is a labyrinth. This leaves tourists being constantly harassed by locals trying to scam money from them or deliberately deceiving them about closed streets, etc. Skip Fez and go to Marrakech and Essouira. So much better without all the hassles:)

    Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere. Love this place for its connection to history. What I didn’t like was how the people living in the medina would lie about roads being closed, keep trying to befriend you in a fake way do they can lead you anywhere then fight about tips. I also really disliked the obscene tourist pricing in the markets. Artisans and shop kerpers mark up items 4, 5 or more times what the price of the item should be. A lot of deception and trickery when selling.

    Same as marrakesh but not as exhausting. Same tip culture! Really off putting for those who do not come from this tipping culture. Would skip Fes if I was doing the trip again… I would have stayed in Ifrane instead.
