We had wonderful 6 days at the fashion boutique hotel in marrakech! The service was excellent. The rooms were always clean. The breakfast was also always very tasty! Special thanks for Farima Zahra Mansouri as guest relations manager who was extremely friendly to solve any needs we had. Also Fatima Ezzahra from reservations, was super friendly. The rooms were very nice, we had the view over the Tennis courts, and the road itself is filled with very useful amenities such as a salon, laundry, money exchange and groceries. The staff were always extremely friendly (with the exception of 1 new cleaner). The breakfast buffet is great, and the Patron restaurant so cosy, trendy and very nice to hang out in. Even the night-shift security guard wearing the long black blazer was so remarkably friendly, I would happily come back again ..

Everything about the hotel was exceptional - wonderful staff that were so welcoming and helpful and were happy to answer any questions we had - they made us feel so welcome and we really appreciated it. I don't usually leave reviews, however the staff and hotel were so outstanding that I feel I wanted to this time! The breakfast was amazing and plenty of everything. This is truly a one of a kind accommodation with superior ambiance, attention to detail and staffing in all departments. The restaurant can be by the pool, in the glorious garden on inside the exquisite dining room (special shout out to Bouchara and Mohammed) as well as Fathia who always has a sparkle in her eyes. This was a memorable 6 night stay and was the highlight of our private 22 day tour of Morocco. We hope to be able to return to Dar Rhizlane one day soon.

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

Marrakesh is a beautiful city with lots of history. It is clean and safe We ate at very nice places, some of them served wine. Alcohol is hard to find. The food was good. We did not eat at the food markets. Best way to see Marrakesh is with a tour guide. Our guide was Mehdi +212623033176. He speaks 5 languages and is extremely smart and sweet. we used him for the whole day. the YSL Museum and the Jardin Majorelle Gardens are beautiful, and you have to book your ticket online in advance. take advantage of the Hammam and a massage. Wander thru the Big Square and buy lots of spices.

We stayed in the medina and went on trips. Wife hated it. It's so manic, chaotic. She don't feel safe, even on the guided walking tour. She didn't like the constant hassle from shopkeepers if you show the slightest interest. It's disorganised - We had to wait for a trip on a dirty, noisy road with unclear instructions and they were 25 minutes late. I totally understand if people think 'what did you expect'? But, honestly, it's wearing and we won't go back.

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

I loved Marrakesh and enjoyed almost everything overall. However, there were two things I didn’t like: 1- Shopping & Bargaining Sellers tend to start with prices that are 4–5 times higher than the actual price of an item. This means you need to spend time bargaining—you can’t simply pay and buy something. It often turns into a lengthy negotiation, and at times, even when I liked something, I didn’t buy it because I was too tired to go through the negotiation process, and I lose my patience with sellers. Also, you can’t just browse casually; sellers will approach you and try to make a sale immediately, so not the best experience. 2 - Taxi Experience Taxi drivers often try to overcharge. For example, if a ride should cost 20 MAD, they might start negotiations at 200 MAD. Because of this, I mostly chose to walk to avoid these discussions. I also heard that InDrive is not considered a legal taxi app in Morocco, but it probably should be—unless taxi drivers become more transparent and honest with pricing. Otherwise, apps like InDrive will continue to gain traction as an alternative and trusted partners.
