What an exceptional experience I have had in Urban hotel. Super friendly staff, receptionists, house keeping employees.. The receptionists Fatima and Zaynab have given me advices about the cities and where to go, they have been super helpful in the hotel itself too, they keep asking you if you're satisfied and happy in their hotel. The room itself is big enough with a comfy bed, locker and a TV... As you would expect, the housekeeping changes the bed sheets, towels, cleans the room and even organize your stuff. I'm really impressed. The breakfast was diverse with enough options to pick up from, staff is smiling and welcoming you. Aya in particular was making my coffee with a big smile and such an elegant attitude. I even have met the manager, such a humble man and he would also do anything to make sure his customers having a great experience. If you're picky like me, this hotel is for you! I would definitely stay there again if I happen to come to Kenitra one more time.

I liked everything about the property, from the professional staff to the cleanliness and comfort of the place. It was beautiful, clean, calm, and soooo comfortable. The location is amazing and it's so well connected to Agdal. The staff were so professional and kind. Anything and everything was taken care of. And the Spa!!! The pool and the gym were so good, but the spa made me fantasize about becoming a permanent resident. Plus, the food at the restaurant made it super easy for me to work remotely because I didn't have to venture far to have my meals.
