Everything was perfect. The room was very clean and quite big, there is e restaurant right inside the building (food is very good). Breakfast was lovely (contrary to some complaints, I do not need a buffet in a hotel, a rather prefer some local food plates than a continental buffet that tastes bad), portions are very big! The staff was very friendly :) Highly recommend

Lovely bright apartment, very new, spotless and well equipped. Good quality kitchenette with all necessary utensils etc. Within walking distance of Kolasin centre with several excellent bars and restaurants. A delicious traditional breakfast was served in an ajoining log cabin Even though it is a small block of apartments, there were always staff there day and night

Exquisite stay at this brand new hotel well decorated with authentic Kilim rugs. Anis the manager was very attentive and helped us a lot with all our requests. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had a very relaxing time at the spa, special thanks to Ferhat, who gave us incredible massages.

This family owned hotel is a gem. From when we arrived until we left, we felt as we were visiting some friends as the owner and her sons made us feel like at home. Vladimir, one of the sons, helped us point places that we could explore around the north and, along with the rest of the family, was there to make sure our needs were fulfilled. They were very accommodating in every aspect. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast and meals were home made and delicious, and the property was beautifuly decorated. It is close to many great sights of the north. We liked the horse riding recommended and the walk through National Park Prokletije. My highest recommendation for a relaxing and cozy stay in the north!

Got a free upgrade in the new building (off season, few guests, had booked an economy twin - got a huge 3-beds-room) 1 hr spa was included & towels/bath robe were provided (despite other reviews saying they had to pay 15€ per person for it and didn't get any towels; I'm Genius member level 3 - maybe that's why?, off season so it was only the two of us there), jacuzzi did work and was warm (despite reviews claiming otherwise), the Turkish bath was under construction & you could see the open ventilation & mineral wool; someone wrote in their review that the toilets were locked - we didn't need them so we can't say anything about that Reception staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English, helped us plan our route (due to a blocked road) Fantastic breakfast - you may choose from a menu, choose as many dishes as you want (savory and sweet, plenty of veggie options, drinks included, huge portions - maybe it's better to share tdishes to get to try more different ones) Parking in front of the building Only 15min walk into town center Free toiletries, cookies, tea bar, mini bar, etc. Please fix the shower doors and toilet seat (wobbly)

Great new hotel. Room was modern and cozy. Staff were amazing, particularly the food and beverage manager. Made us feel very welcome. Still in the process of getting built.
