Staff upgraded my room without any additional costs. Also, I was traveling alone to let myself relax and spend time without kids. Everything was perfect. I took a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant (the dinner wasn’t prepared). It was very delicious and cheaper than in restaurants outside the hotel. The best one is the dessert “Avala”, for sure.

Large family house renovated in a beautiful hotel, very pleasant environment with an open great view from the restaurant terrasse! The hosts are very nice, friendly and helpful. WOW WOW WOW, what an amazing and welcoming experience we had at Tate hotel. Really exceeded our expectations. Beautiful building with cosy rooms. We felt extremely welcome and a great differentiator is also the drinks and snacks that are available for free the full day! Great when you just arrive and want to relax a bit at the swimming pool area. Breakfast is amazing as well, wicht fresh brewed coffee, eggs of your choice, pancakes, fresh orange juice, etc. We had paid a bit extra for a bigger room, which was really worth it. The size of the room is better and next to that we had a big additional terrace with 4 chairs and 2 sundeck loungers. In a 10 minutes walk you are at the beach area. And a parking spot close by as well. Perfect, really recommend this hotel!!

    Budva is a beautiful little town. The water is unbelievably clear, the people are great. We like to explore so walked from one side of the bay at Kamenovo Beach right around to Mogren Beach. 2 nights was enough for us.

    Beautiful clear water for swimming, but the resort was very busy and touristy, full of cheap souvenir shops and pizza bars. The beaches were overcrowded with row upon row of expensive sunbeds and parasols.

    Sveti Stefan is small enough to explore on foot, there is a pretty coastal walkway that is shaded at times. Whilst busy, the beach didn’t feel too overcrowded in August. The one supermarket is a bit pricey, consider taking some essentials with you

    The area of Becici was great for a nice beach holiday. I didn’t like that every beach seemed to be allocated to a Hotel and we had to pay €30 for two beach lounges, but this was everywhere and I guess, just how it is done everywhere. We had a hire car so we were able to also visit Kotor, Tivat, Sveti Stefan and other areas, which were all within an easy drive. The exception being the major roadworks on the E65/80 to Tivat, but these will likely be completed by next summer.

    The little haven of an authentic garden, less than 5 minutes from a bustling seaside promenade and beach. Shade to be found all day, place to eat takeout, make yourself a cuppa, or chill with wine you’ve kept in fridge. The sincere hosts: friendly, helpful, available, but living next door so not ever-present. Glad we stayed here and at Rafailovici rather than Boudva - beach options better. ‘Rafailovici tourist office’ is good destination to give taxi on arrival as after that, take narrow street down on right and half way down you’re there. Without luggage the buses back and forth are convenient for Budva. Note Summer 2025 - roadworks between Budva (&Kotor) a nightmare ongoing road building possibly a year - this means significantly higher bus travel time /taxi quotes from airport (Around €60 for 50 min journey although also got €80 quoted). Key jiggling for room 2 a bit of a challenge but otherwise everything spotlessly clean, simple, and comfortable beds.

    Beach is perfect, smallest pabbels, clear waters great for sweeming. I’d come bavk for longer stay inwsrmer season. Right on the beach there are several restaurants with good food. My recomendation eould still be restaurant on the top , main road, named Kusto. During summer reservation is needed. I would deffinitelly take a walk to St Stefan beach (20-30min thru pine trees and great beaches Kings beach Milocher & St Stefan beach.

    Water is good, but there are some issues with the place. Homeless dogs and cats, garbage and stinky smells when you are going to the beach. Crazy drivers who don’t look for the speed limit and some strange people around.
