The environment is absolutely beautiful. When we expressed interest in exploring our surroundings the staff gave us bicycles without additional charge and suggested a wonderful route through the valley. The Nevidio Canyon is right on the doorstep and although the guide said that the water is too deep for canyoning we managed to do a bit of cautious exploring. You can swim in the lake ( we were accompanied by 6 cows at one point) and enjoyed the mountain scenery while doing so. The coffee there is amazing and so is the food. The staff was very kind.
