Separate living room with couch and small refrigerator and electric kettle. No dishes or utensils in the room but they provided when asked. Spacious shower. Hardy breakfast included. Traditional foods served in the restaurant. Fresh trout was delicious. Nice selection of wines by the glass or bottle. full bar. Less than 15 minutes from Black Lake by car.

SerbiaI actually stayed at SOA hotel instead, because I was offered a replacement due to some technical issues. But except for that I have enjoyed every moment of staying at SOA. The restaurant, the sauna and the massage were great. Spacious parking lot and easy to find.

Second, we found very pleasant that there were always available to the guests tea, coffee, fruit and ice creams.
Perfect location, 5 minutes to the black lake.
Excelent facilities: very comfortable and big room for the family (2 adults and 3 children). Also very well decorated. Very nice outdoor space, with the pool and jacuzzi and with plenty of green space.
Very good breakfast.

- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 56 reviewsHost was great and super responsive on WhatsApp. They have a restaurant “Grandmas Kitchen” onsite with a menu in the room you can order food for lunch or dinner including breakfast just have to order ahead of time. (They might be closed Sunday and Monday breakfast just check we ended up cooking ourselves when they had the day off). We had our two kids with us and the onsite playground was perfect for them both. The onsite dog, Lesi (named like “Lassie” in English) was super friendly (my girls 4 and 8 are scared of dogs and had no trouble) and the girls loved the cows and chickens and cats onsite. Lesi somehow knew we were supposed to be there and otherwise was very “lazy”. Spectacular views of the mountains and (literally) right next to the Durmitor ski center if you want to go up Savin Kuk on the chair lift and 15 minutes drive to beautiful viewpoint of Sedlo pass and short 8 minute drive into Zabljak for other restaurants and tourist info. Also about same distance drive to Black Lake and we used as a base to go to Tara canyon (25 mins) and do ziplining and river rafting. She offered us rakijas for welcome and was very welcoming. The cabin was really cozy and warm i would really recommend this stay becouse it s really amazing. Amazing nature, amazing view, ideal for all those eager to put their legs to work and explore Zabljak's amazing surrounding on foot, walk through its forests and fields, enjoy mountain tops bathed in setting sun. It is also nice for those who like a bit of history as there are ancient tombstones scattered all over, with monuments witnessing struggling past of the area. Local authorities often organise festivals and artistic evenings at Crno Lake. The food is amazing and is pleasing for those who enjoy a good bite. We accidentally booked for 3 days and told that to the manager when we arrived. She said not to be worried and she will cancel the last night .when we wanted to leave she said we need to pay for 3 nights and said she "doesn't speak English". Quite town in a beautiful area amid a forest and bellow an impressive Mt ( Durmitor ). Many restaurants but also quite a few fast food businesses. Parking at the centre of the town is not free and expensive ( 3€/hr ) however paying for it is easy through sms. However from 21.00 to 07.00 is free. It is totally unacceptable for the municipality to charge the same at the parking lot near Black Lake which is also a hiking starting point to the mountain ( if someone parks there and hikes for 10h he should pay 30€ ! ). We didn' t have more days to enjoy Zabljak and Tara Canyon which is situated 25m drive to the North, we only visited Zabljak for a full mountaineering day in Durmitor Mt and stayed for two nights with minimum spare time at the town.Guest review byGrigorisGreece - 10.0

A small and picturesque town with stunning mountain views. It’s located close to Durmitor National Park and the Black Lake, just a few minutes' drive away. Unfortunately, the service in restaurants and shops was often not very friendly toward tourists, which is something that could be improved.
