Beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We had a room with a balcony nd this was excellent for sun and fresh air. The hotel is located right in the middle of Senglea, and it's a short walk to restaurants and the water taxi over to Valletta.

Hotel renovated with a lot of care to highlight a historical building near to the central square of Birgu. Room was cosy, very clean, very well made. Excellent recommentation in the area with very convenient connection to Valetta.

It was one of the most pleasant stays! The staff was more than friendly and welcoming, the location was ideal for what we wanted to do and just brief 5 min walk to the ferry to Valetta. Breakfast was delicious and it had a lot of variety. Plus the rooftop offered a very nice view. Thank you and if we ever come back in Malta we will definetely return here!

Brilliant view from the window. Top location. I couldn't stand from staying for another night. Beautiful room interior, luggage lift ☝️🤌 Top kitchen bundling and quality of stuff: dishes, glasses, etc. Very comfortable and outstanding balcony with a view to a church. Personnel is very quick to reply. Second night I extended for was surprisingly cheap. Very comfortable access system.

I've stayed here before, so I knew what to expect. It really has everything you need and is a minute's walk to the bus stop taking you into Valletta (or elsewhere if you wish). Maria was a great host, and waited for me in the family hardware shop next door.. The smart TV was too smart for me (as is usually the case). May be worth mentioning that the stairs up to the bedroom might be a little taxing for young children.

We cant recomend this place enough, Maria was super friendly and answered all our enquiries. The place was very Clean and the breakfast was more than we could ever asked for. The location is also great in a quiet area Just minutes walking distance from the ferry to Valletta.

Maria is a very kind host. Some water and food was ín the fridge when we arrived. She was very helpful. The equipments in the appartment are enogh for cooking As well. We had breakfast and dinner many cases on the roof where the view is beatiful to the town. As there was no guest before us we could also enter the room when we arrived from the airport. We visited many parts of the island. We enjoyed Malta so much. Hope we can come back once more.

The location was perfect. Tony and everybody we met at BOCO was a joy. It really is a special place. The breakfast sets you up for the day, the rooms are very comfortable and have everything you require and the roof terrace is a perfect way to end your day. A great great boutique hotel. If you are in the Three Cities or Valetta area, you will not find a better place to stay. We are so happy we stayed there. It made our stay in Malta very special.
