Everything was perfect, the team was very professional, attentive, a special hug for TangMo Chotiga and thanks for the support, affection and commitment. We would also like to thank the management for the birthday present for my wife, the dinner was wonderful, the cake was perfect, and the commitment of the entire team that mobilized to sing happy birthday. A hug is Also special for the massage staff, it was perfect and the best ever, also a hug for the support staff for the water activities, they were incredible and extremely professional. Cleanliness was more than perfect, it was excellent. Overall, the assessment is superb, I rate it 1000, we will certainly be back more often and recommend this resort/hotel to our friends. We stayed for a whole week in a Sunset Water Bungalow and we would have stayed more. From the moment we were received until the end of our stay, the personal was extraordinary helpful and nice. We had the all inclusive package with a wide variety of food and beverages. We did however dine twice in their restaurant, “The Crab”, where Sandun and Rumesh took care of all our needs. The Resort offers a lot of activities during your stay, we had enjoyed the Cocktail Sunset cruise , where Nandana engaged and took care of all of us. Also, we went for the Sharks sightseeing, we enjoined them up close while they were being fed from the boat. Also, the water sports enthusiasts are able to enjoy several sports like kayaking or stand-up paddle. During your stay, the resort organizes different activities free of charge, as well - movie night , crab racing, Balinese dance, snorkeling , karaoke night, and almost each night the live band is performing. While we relaxed on all of our days, we took a trip to the Spa also, where Ari and Tera made us take the relaxing to the next level with the Ying and Yang treatment . The accommodation was event better than pictured, very clean and well equipped. We enjoined our stay and most definitely would recommend it to anybody.

I enjoyed absolutely everything, truly. The goal of my vacation has been reached 100%. Amazing location, cozy island villa with fantastic view outside, warm and professional service (housekeeper Ali was exceptionally caring), enough privacy for the overwhelmed mind which needs to be recharched. I am very grateful to the team for everything.
