Everything about the Windhoek Garden Boutique Hotel is simply perfect. I arrived after being released from Hospital as I had had an accident while on a cycle tour around Namibia. Im from New Zealand. The staff were exceptional, absolutely went above and beyond to help me and assist in my recovery. The grounds are an absolute delight to walk or to just simply sit under one of the amazing jaccaranda trees was pure bliss. Helpful staff, great restaurant food, made for a wonderful recovery place to be. I would go back and stay there in a heartbeat. The linen, the towels, the bedding all top quality. My kinda place for sure. The reception staff were always so helpful even to the point of organizing taxis so I could travel to the supermarket, or when I was feeling better and wee tour around Windhoek. I actually ended up staying for 19 nights as I was unable to fly due to my punctured lung, The wonderful Manager and all the staff became an amazing family to me.

The hotel made big progress from 2016 when I stayed there for the first time. refurbished rooms, all lifts working, reliable internet, separate (not through the crowded trade center) entrance. Very helpful and flexible staff at the receiption, good breakfast, prime location for business hotel.
