The hotel is in a nice quiet location and the room was comfortable. My flight was delayed as such I arrived at the hotel almost midnight . The staff and the manager on duty upgraded me to another room which was available . The staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly . Problems were quickly attended . I want to give a big thank you to the staff who dealt with the bathroom issue and the hard work he puts in when in shift . They know who they are .
