Everything! A beautiful cabana in a beautiful setting with a beautiful and busy restaurant onsite and friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was included and delicious. The pool was great and a good temperature. Super close to the beach. They also helped us organise a mangroves tour..

We loved everything about Alive Beach House! The staff were so friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. The menu was nutritious and incorporated local ingredients. We also loved relaxing in the breezy common areas between surfing and yoga sessions. We would love to go back some day!

Great location, beach front, and close to many restaurants. Easy access by bus from Leon! Clean facilities and room. There are bikes for use. The swimming pool is very refreshing. Good food at a very reasonable price! Silvana and all her staff are very friendly and welcoming.

This place is amazing! It is so, so beautiful! The rooms are really spacious, pool area is really nicely made. The place is new and very clean. There are only 4 rooms so it feels very private. The owner is very friendly. We also enjoyed food & drinks in here. We had a great time and would definitely come back :) This place is a gem

What a charming little casa we stunned upon! Marietsa, the owner, was so sweet! We couldn’t communicate the best but we developed a little bond and had many laughs, thanks for making the stay extra special!

This was a fabulous place to stay in Leon; very close to multiple restaurants and the main square. It is quite safe walking around at night. We had a small room next to the pool which was mostly very quiet. Lovely garden area for breakfast or evening drinks The staff were very friendly and helpful. In particular, I highly recommend Milton at the front desk, who went out of his way to help us find a private car service to our next stop in El Salvador, as our extensive Internet searches were fruitless. (See below) We really appreciate the efforts that Milton made to help us. Claudio, from ‘Transport & Shuttles Nicas’, can be found on FaceBook, and he was far better and far cheaper than other corporate car services we found and he drove us in a brand new very comfortable air con car all the way through Nicaragua across Honduras and crossed two borders to get us safely and easily into El Salvador
