The staff when we checked in were so lovely, it was a very busy time but we were still looked after great. The room was SO clean, everything in the room was as advertised. Room was serviced daily to a perfect state, very thankful to the staff for looking after us. Plenty of information about Taupo is available in the reception and room. Location was perfect, great views of the lake and surrounding areas. Quick walk to the shops and restaurants, parking was available at the property. Pool and spa area was central to the property so easy to find and use.

Hilton Lake Taupo includes free pool and gym access and features views over Lake Taupo and is just minutes away from the town centre. It is a 15-minute drive from Taupo Airport.

Our room was great a wonderful view of the Lake, we had one light bulb out, but that was ok. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Love the view. The elevator/lift was acting strange so we took the stairs.

Everything was 10/10. Rooms and Reception area were very clean and presentable, breakfast was adequate and the staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Tai who was very helpful as I had a infant with me. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable. Went into restaurant and it was pretty overlooking lake. I really enjoyed my stay.

The bathroom was spacious with a separate large jet tub. The bed was fabulous and entire room spacious. There was even an outdoor patio. This was an unexpected pleasure. The room was spotless and seemed brand new. Great location just a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants fronting the lake. Christine and Dave were friendly and helpful. This is an exceptional accommodation.

A pleasant surprise. A bit out of the center in a good way. Still within walking distance of a supermarket and some restaurants. Access to the river was great. Spacious room. Full kitchen, well-equipped overall. A lodge-like feel. Quiet.
