Location was on the outskirts of Queenstown, which made access by car so much easier. Grocery store, bus stop and services nearby. Loved dishwasher and laundry in the room. Big space, modern and comfortable. Parking tight, but available. Great coffee maker, heated floors, great bed and shower. We would definitely come back.

1 The service is unbeatable. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and working. 2. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything a traveler would need. Our room faced had a garden view and was very quiet. Again, spacious. 3. There are laundry facilities in the car park equipped with very good machines. 4. Both the breakfast and the happy hour were generous and thoughtfully executed. 5. The location was very convenient but not in the noisy East side of Queenstown.

The apartment was super close to the centre of town, with restaurants, shops, waterfront about 2-5mins walk away. The apartment was very clean with full kitchen facilities for cooking, if needed. We stayed at the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit, and it was very spacious. 2 couples could stay here (otherwise it’s perfect for a family of 4-5. Parking was onsite and the staff were super helpful, even though we checked in a little later. I would stay here if visiting Queenstown again.

The rooms were compact but very clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a 12-hour journey and adjust to the time zone. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from Queenstown’s city center and conveniently situated next to a large public (paid) car park. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The rooftop terrace was a great addition, offering a nice spot to unwind.

The apartment is in a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and public transport options. The place was spotless and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to prepare meals. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was important as I had to work remotely during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a good night's sleep after exploring the city.

It was close to the lake but about a 15 minute drive into Queenstown city centre so not really ideal if you plan on hitting the clubs constantly. You definitely need a car, it’s about $45 one way for an Uber. It was brilliant for taking nice like walks along the lake and chilling, reading etc.

We were captivated by the stunning scenery and the warm, welcoming locals. The Shotover River jet boat adventure was an absolute thrill, and the Skyline gondola, lunch and Luge was a fantastic experience—just be sure to book in advance! The drives to Glenorchy and Wanaka were both straightforward, with breathtaking views along the way. However, parking in the city proved to be a bit of a challenge, and the parking meters weren’t the most economically friendly. The Million Dollar Cruise was another highlight, offering a unique and picturesque perspective of the lake.

We stayed 2 nights and went on the gondola and did the luge, which my boys aged 10 and 14 loved. It was lovely walking around the town centre by the lake. If we had another day, we probably would have gone for the TSS Earnshaw and Walter Peak Farm tour. One of my boys said Queenstown was his favourite place on our South Island road trip.

Small town. Great general store. Cafe kitchens dont open till 12 so its just coffee n cabinet food till then. Epic views and good walks to do. Ate at Mr Glen's Taphouse - great coffee and cabinet food. Recommend walk around boardwalk and lagoon. Need a 4WD if going to Paradise - river crossings.
