Everything! From the very friendly welcome by the receptionist and the early check-in to the new furniture and kitchen in the apartment. It even had a little dishwasher and a new washing Maschine/Dreyer. The location is perfect to explore the city. Very close by is a good supermarket. The apartment was spotless clean!! I absolutely can recommend this Hotel.

Everything! Is all starts of the location and the lovely neighborhood. So close to the marine that you can feel the ocean breeze. All the retro decor in the room were really beautiful and gives us this comfy atmosphere. Full of big windows, that let lots of Sun come in. The bed is extremely comfortable, make you sleep like in heavens. All the staff very kind and ready to assist you with whatever you need. Just loved my stay that I’ve extended some more nights.

    We did go into this stay a little confused with booking.coms disruption not having enough context behind the communal showers and toilets, however It was fine for us, probably because it was off season too and there weren’t many people staying there.     The main attraction in town is Sky Tower which was close to where I stayed. Many other attractions involved getting on the water and exploring close by islands but make sure you bring your money with you because the ferries don’t come cheap. A stay of 2 to 3 nights is more than adequate to see the highlights.

    We are a family of four and had four nights in Rotarua.

    We are a family of four and had four nights in Rotarua. We loved it. We visited Hobbiton, many thermal geyser parks, Redwoods night walk and Secret Spot hot tubs. Plus the amazing Wai Ariki hot springs and spa. Need a car to travel here but it was fantastic.

    The Lake itself was huge which we hadn't expected. There is a well-positioned walking track to take in more views of the lake and other areas of Taupo. Vibrant place. Was easily able to imagine the increase in vibrancy during the upcoming summer seasosn. Good shopping facilities.

    Went to Caravan and Camper Show at Mystery Creek which was excellent. Also went to Raglan and visited a business in Auckland. Hamilton Gardens enclosed gardens were fun with good cafe. Hamilton is very handy to a lot of places. Would have liked to go to Blue Springs in Putaruru, and also do some walks including a visit to Bridal Veil Falls.

    A beautiful clean city with so much history Had the most fabulous 86 year old walking guide from the Museum . His wealth was immense. Learnt so much about the early history of New Plymouth particularly the Taranaki Maori. Loved it . Will be back.
