Everything felt clean and new. We enjoyed our time there and the smell of the new furniture. The receptionists were nice and friendly .

Invercargill improved so much since we were last there and the hotel is perfectly located to go shopping or to roam around the city centre. We really loved the bar of this hotel and also the breakfast was simply perfect. We will definitively come back if and when we travel to Invercargill again

Beautiful room, comfortable beds and amazing shower. It was quiet and we had a really good sleep. The carpark was right in front of our hotel room. We tried both dinner and breakfast there and the food was good and restaurant staff very friendly. Great breakfast options also. Would stay again when in Invercargill.

A really nice old hotel which was well renovated. You can really fell the efforts the owners put into! Extreme friendly and helpful host. Also offers carparking space even while we were staying in Stewart Island. The location of the hotel was fantastic as well, just a 3-5 minute walk to the ferry station

Excellent location. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Handy to walks and Oyster Cove Restaurant which has amazing food and wonderful staff. Would love to visit again one day.
