Staff was very kind and welcoming. Kris gave us each morning a smile on our faces. Also the guy from the breakfast which helps with seating and both bellboys gave us a pleasant stay. Furthermore, a lot of great facilities surround the hotel. Room was also upgraded free of charge.

Really friendly staff and good service. Every day we received a little surprise like fruit basket, free drink or an ice cream. Perfect base for exploring the region. The restaurant even prepared us our catch after we came back from a fishing trip (so tasty!). Nice pool area.

- the location is stunning and has easy access to 4-5 swimming pools, as well as 3-4 different beaches, all within a few minutes of walking or a free shuttle ride in a golf cart - the staff were 10/10. In particular, Muhammad and Noor at Reception, as well as the manager of the Juweira restaurant (I believe Manish, but might be misremembering his name). They consistently went above and beyond and were kind and helpful. This was some of the best service I've had at any hotel. - since you are near two sister hotels that are large all inclusives (Rotana and Fanar), you can make use of their facilities like tennis courts, gyms, water sports kiosks and restaurants - Oman is easily in the top 5 countries that I've visited - the rooms are large, quiet, and with excellent air conditioning

The hotel is near Salalah's city centre. Sultan Qaboos mosque is about 10 minutes walking. The good thing is that there is no criminality in Oman, you feel safe. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, and there are always people standing by in order to help you or clean. The staff at the reception is very kind, especially two guys that I met, Mr Ahmed (Raza) and Mr Musad. Whenever I asked questions to Mr Raza, he was always willing to help me and answer my questions. I would like to thank him so much. The hotel has a small restaurant beside the reception, that offers drinks and meals in low prices. You can find restaurants nearby as well. In general I would recommend this hotel not only as a decent place to stay, but also as a very good choice between quality and price.

The location was incredible: such breathtaking views at the top of Jebel Samhan! The service was fantastic, the guys took care of everything. The breakfast was nice and big, the rooms facing the mountain cliff had everything you needed. Beware: this hotel does not have wi-fi :) great way to disconnect

    We were four family members on a weekend trip to Salalah for the first time to celebrate a birthday. Albaleed Resort was selected for its location, reputation, and services. Albaleed resort staff are exceptional. From ensuring our three deluxe rooms were adjacent as requested to the interactions with all staff throughout the hotel, I ascertain they were accommodating, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure comfort. The resort beach front location is a plus and the rooms were excellent. Breakfast buffet and service was exceptional.

    The breakfast was very decent. They kept changing the menu every day so we didn't had to eat same stuff every day. We had an executive suite with 2 rooms so the room was decent size with nice and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and the hotel was decently cleaned. The location of the hotel is pretty amazing and gives easy access to the main highways, nearby attractions and a lot of eating options. The AC and heater was working perfect.     Beautiful hotel, they gave us an upgrade since the window in the room didn't open. They gave us a room much bigger with a balcony without any additional cost. We have appreciated this. The pool and the gym were amazing. The staff very kind and helpful. The girl at the reception gave us some contact for excursion to Fazayah Beach. We called Ahmed and he was amazing. We suggest him for excursion near Salalah.

    Amazing lagoon landscape, with direct beach access. Beach is amazingly white, clean and you can walk in quite far - depending on the waves, only. Exceptionally beautiful "holiday town" Hawana Salalah with many different lagoons, private villas, 3 large 5-star resorts, some shops, restaurants. Approx. 15km from Salalah town / airport. So, you should rent a car straight from the airport. Great excursions going up into the mountains ... sand dunes, waterfalls (depending on the season), Hiob's graveyard, Taqah castle + fortress etc. ... nice big shopping malls in Salalah
