Not sure where to begin, but let's start from the moment my wife and I stepped into Hilton Salalah Resort. We were warmly welcomed by the most respectful, professional, and friendly receptionist, Ahmed! We were also fortunate to meet Awad, who greeted us with the biggest smile and made us feel at home instantly. Abdallah and Ellen were amazing too and ensured we had a smooth check-in/check-out. Our stay in the grand suite was nothing short of perfection, with stunning views and a dedicated housekeeping team that kept everything impeccable. Mariam and her colleague, Ujjal were consistently polite, friendly, and always punctual, making sure we never needed a thing. Even the guy in the shop was very polite, nice and amazing! Now, onto what everyone looks forward to—*the food!* The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options. Dinner was even better, as we enjoyed the à la carte menu and tried so many delicious dishes, each one better than the last. A huge thank you to Rhea, Karen, Hasara, Mr. Rasik (the F&B manager), and Chef Mohamed Tawfik—the maestro behind every delightful bite. They pampered us daily throughout our 10-day stay, and their hospitality made us never want to leave. Last but certainly not least, this exceptional team wouldn't shine as brightly without the visionary leadership of Mr. Ahmed Masoud, the GM. His eloquent communication, leadership skills, and dedication to his team's success truly reflect in every part of the resort. God bless him and the entire team at Hilton Salalah for making our stay truly unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

This place deserves better reviews. My wife & I stayed here a few nights for the beaches of Salalah and were very impressed. First of all, the staff was incredible. Ibrahim, Ali (and others) were extremely attentive to our needs and went above and beyond retrieving for us two coconuts to drink. Ali made us umm ali upon request (at no charge) which is a delicious Egyptian dessert. Was not expecting that at all and very kind. Rooms were great. Wifi was very good throughout almost the entire complex including our rooms which we know with other resorts doesn't always work. Beach was INCREDIBLE. My wife and I have been to 37 countries and literally dozens of top beaches and this is one of the best in the world we've been to. Not busy at all, crystal clear water (keep in mind this is end of Feburary and March and not the rainy season). Super peaceful chill vibe. Food was great as well. Buffet for breakfast and dinner. The chef even performed some Egyptian music for us in Oman-style tents which was a treat. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality. May Jesus bless you 🙏

The breakfast was very decent. They kept changing the menu every day so we didn't had to eat same stuff every day. We had an executive suite with 2 rooms so the room was decent size with nice and comfy beds. Staff was friendly and the hotel was decently cleaned. Salalah and especially the surrounding mountains contain a unique environment with magical natural views. But, if you want to see the lush green landscapes and waterfalls, make sure to come in the correct monsoon season known as khareef, which is during the summer months. Once the rains stop, the waterfalls dry up and the lush greenery turns dry and yellow. I came in November, which is a perfect time for nature photography as there is no rain to damage the camera and nature is still very alive, but all waterfalls had already completely dried up and the lush greenery was gone. The region, like the entire country, is very safe, with friendly and helpful people.

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect...

the beaches are spectacular, the location is really perfect if you look for a quite and familiar place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. the surrundings are stunning and the trip is aboslutely worth it. There are several resorts in the area but they are very decent and not invasive.

I liked almost everything, it’s not overcrowded like other destinations in the Middle East. Loved the Geography, dramatic coast line, mountains, beautiful beaches, lush green areas in East and of course the desert. Would be a great area to hire a motor home to explore, think the region lends itself to this, I believe this would attract tourists! Maybe a weekly flight direct from London with Oman Air but at the same time would hate the country to be spoilt by tourism.
