Very beautiful resort. The trip to the resort is a nice adventure. I definitely recommend arriving in daylight, but the journey is not difficult. Amazing and helpful staff. The hotel is located by the sea, on a beautiful sandy beach. The pool is large and beautiful. There were enough sun beds and loungers of different types around the pool. The design of whole interior of the hotel rooms and lobby is very modern, contemporary. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel has valet parking, which creates complete comfort for your stay. There is a super nice rooftop bar with very beautiful views. In my opinion, everything was great.

Great hotel, think we had a free upgrade to a lovely room with an amazing view. The breakfast here was fabulous. The staff were also very kind and welcoming. Went in the rooftop pool in the morning, we had it to ourselves. Quite cold but refreshing!! Very convenient for the airport.

Very impressed with our first visit to Muscat and Oman.

Very impressed with our first visit to Muscat and Oman. Good hotels at good value and great food at great value. We rented a car from NAB rentacar which was delivered to the hotel. Didn't use taxis. Bought a SIM card from Omantel at the airport for use with our portable wi-fi router so we could navigate around ourselves. If you want a spectacular world class, 4x4 low range track up to Jebel Shams get the gps track from Wikiloc - Rustaq to Shams. Not for the fainthearted! Our Mitsubishi Montero Sport on worn factory tyres managed easily.

First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

Beautiful beachside area with peaceful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Much quieter compared to the city — perfect for unwinding and enjoying the chill beach vibes. The Dunes Beach Club is a serene seaside spot with good food, great vibes, and fun weekend events — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beachside atmosphere.

Muscat is more authentic than places like Dubai and Qatar, and a lot more laid back. It isn't expensive (its a lot cheaper than Dubai) and there is a lot to do. The main mosque is very impressive and the day trips to the islands for snorkelling are good. The main souq is also very good

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

The country offers variety of attractions, landscapes and community. Each place is unique and captivating. The citizens are inviting and non-judgmental. They are willing to chat with you and give you tips on where to visit and where to eat etc. I NEVER VISITED A COUNTRY THAT SMELLS SO GREAT. Oman has a unique smell of oud fragrance from the airport into the streets, malls, hotels. It is a more relaxing Middle East compare to Dubai and other countries.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
