The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all I needed including fridge and microwave and nice closets. The hot water was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff at breakfast was very attentive.

The hotel's location is perfectly located in the city center. You're welcomed by a super friendly reception desk with both Spanish and English speaking staff. They can do everything for you. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable and receive personal attention from an assigned cleaner. There is also an attached restaurant with friendly staff who love to learn a little more about their customers with a little chat. Special thanks to Vanessa and Felipe for making our dinners special. The hotel also has its own taxi service for safe travel.

Nice place to visi, Nice people, Humble and very...

Nice place to visi, Nice people, Humble and very accomadating. GREAT food, Chivito, Cebechi and aAoz can Pato are there speciality. Hreat places to visit, Muaeum and, Tombs od Supan are 5 minute walk worth a day.

Honestly chicalyo is a perfect place to get away and have fun and drink and go to the beach, you will at first be shocked by the difference in how everything is that being the roads the food the people the culture but honestly everyone is so friendly and amazing and the food is absolutely perfect, the drinks are amazing. Everything is very cheap so it’s easy to spend 2000 dollars in 2 months. The only downside is it’s hot haha

Archeological wonders over 2000 years old! Several excellent museums and on-site excavations, with good guides. Desert heat, climate damage of storms affecting sites. Mechan Tours service made our trip the best.
